Die renovierten Zimmer haben ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Das Personal ist sehr nett.

Ordentliche Unterkunft zum guten Preis
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Lage weiß man ja vorher, von daher okay. Ruhig wars!

Cons:

Als die Einrichtung neu war, war Kohl noch Kanzler.
Der Fernseher ist ein Witz und der Kühlschrank ging nicht.

Alles gut, jederzeit wieder eine Option.
Pros:

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, die Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Teppichboden, das ist Geschmackssache. Die Parkplatzsituation, falls keine Plätze mehr in der Tiefgarage (gegen Aufpreis) verfügbar sind, ist ok. Das Frühstück/die Auswahl war gut und der Kaffee sogar sehr gut. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage im Industriegebiet ist ebenfalls Geschmackssache, man kommt jedoch zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto relativ schnell und gut überall - innerhalb Fellbachs - hin.

Cons:

Schade ist es, dass es keine Art Aufenthaltsraum oder eine Sitzgruppe gibt, wo man abends noch mit anderen Gästen zusammensitzen kann. Der einzige Sitzbereich (gegenüber der Rezeption) wird abends abgeschlossen, so dass man nach 20.30 Uhr die Sitzgruppe nicht mehr nutzen kann. Für Raucher - vor allem die, die nicht gut stehen oder gehen können/ältere Leute - wäre es ebenfalls schön, wenn es vielleicht eine Sitzmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel geben würde.
