Heel gezellig en top hotel
Pros:

Een van de leidinggevende ’Safa’ is een super vriendelijke behulpzame vrouw. Ze is erg professioneel als je haar nodig hebt en het lijkt er op dat zei dit hotel draaiende houd. Bedankt Safa! Verder is het een erg leuk hotel waar Hostel en Hotel gasten goed samen gaan. Er wordt ook super veel georganiseerd waardoor je goed verwend wordt als solo gast! Bedankt! 🙏🏻

Super beliggenhed. Roligt, nordligt på østsiden. Lige til stranden - vi hoppede i sammen med skildpadderne fra morgenen. Fantastisk.
God atmosfære. Fælles arrangementer. Hyggeligt miljø. Dejligt morgenmad på stranden hver morgen - bliver ikke bedre.

Cons:

Lidt slidt - billederne snyder lidt. Boede i en bungalow - trappen er meget stejl, men det gik.
Måtte bede om rengøring - eller kom det ikke.

Nice place to stay.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, lots of great restaurants near by. Snorkelling outside the hotel was beautiful! Lots of well cared for cats at the hotel. The bar had some good cocktails and events happening every day.

Cons:

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the shower often ran out or didn’t have hot water and the rooms were not cleaned often enough.

Best hostel on Gili Air
Pros:

We had such an amazing time at Tipsea Turtle ! We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but we had to extend our stay because we loved it. The volunteers were so nice, Vyla's yoga classes were fantastic, Katie was the life of the party and Andre was very helpful, they all contributed to this very friendly atmosphere which makes meeting other travellers so easy. The pool was so nice, there were plenty of activities and the waffles for breakfast were wonderful. We would go there again without a doubt.

Cons:

The lights outside don't turn off at night so just bring a sleeping mask.

Tolle Lage!
Pros:

Sauberes Hostel mit bequemen Betten und vielen freiwilligen Aktivitäten, bei denen man andere Reisende kennenlernen kann. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind allerdings sehr klein und dunkel, die Toiletten eng. Der Poolbereich könnte teilweise renoviert werden.

A warm welcome and a beautiful setting.
Pros:

We had a lot of fun at Tipsea Turtle. The location is excellent, right on the beach with turtles regularly grazing just off the shore. It's also a brilliant place to watch the sunrise. There's plenty going on at the hostel to keep you entertained and we loved socialising with the other guests, despite being twice their age and with two kids in tow!

Location - Next to beach, with excellent opportunities for snorkeling with turtles
Nice and chill backpacker atmosphere, with room for families.
Plenty of activities, ativating guest and making it easy to get in contact with other guest and travellers
Supportive staff, when seeking alternative ways of transport

Cons:

Would have liked more suitable places for drying wet snorkelling equipment, towels and swim ware

Location, private family room , aircond. All fabulous.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The care of the cats was admirable. The staff kept everyone up to date on group activities. The bed was excellent, very comfortable indeed.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, acceptable for a hostel i suppose.
Our bed sheets were not changed for the entire stay and no approach to clean the room except when we asked for a broom to sweep out the sand.
Not enough bikes and not complimentary was disappointing.
The pricing of drinks and excursions was above the islands average which seemed odd given the hostel status, young backpackers on a budget.

Maravilloso y divertido
Pros:

La fantastic actividad social que te crean para hacer amigos es muy buena, siempre hay algo que hacer y el personal tiene muy buen rollo y te hacen sentir del grupo desde el primer momento.
La habitacion privada estaba muy limpia, era moderna y la cama muy blandita. Justo delante está la playa con tortugas. Nos dió pena tenernos que ir.

Convenient and cheerful
Pros:

Comfortable family room.
Was clean and had a cute balcony to chill. We were opposite reception but the room was quiet. Breakfast was nice - fresh fruits, eggs, waffles and they arranged snorkeling boat trips - well worth it. Yoga most days was great. Lots of activities planned every day if you want.

Cons:

Room windows were lovely and big but as it was open to public walkway had to keep curtains closed. Not a big issue for us as we were out all day.
