Tivemos uma experiência desagradável durante nossa estadia. Em nossa última noite, uma quantia em dinheiro que estava guardada no quarto desapareceu após o quarto ter sido deixado aberto por um curto período. Não sabemos exatamente o que aconteceu e não queremos acusar ninguém sem provas, mas a situação nos deixou bastante desconfortáveis.

Além disso, a estrutura e a limpeza do local deixaram a desejar. Encontramos toalhas sujas, muitos mosquitos e até baratas no quarto. O banheiro era bastante simples, tivemos problemas com falta de água para banho, ausência de água quente e também não havia água filtrada disponível.

O atendimento dos funcionários foi educado, mas percebemos falta de organização em vários momentos, com pedidos e informações sendo esquecidos com frequência.

O lugar tem potencial pela localização e proposta, mas recomendamos bastante atenção com objetos de valor e acreditamos que a hospedagem poderia melhorar bastante em questões básicas de conforto, limpeza e manutenção.

Pros:

Location is amazing, we had the bungalow right outside the pool. The location and the pool just make the accomodation a great choice. The pool is so deep!!

Cons:

Like others have comment, it's a little older, it's a little dark inside. But the location and pool makes up for that. You get what you pay for at the end of the day.

Cons:

We stayed at Gusung indah for about three days and hoped everyday that time would pass quicker. Our room was in very bad condition. While the bed was comfortable, the sheets had stains as well as the towels. Additionally, the bathroom was in very bad condition. The sink was dirty and clogged, the mirror not on the wall but leaned on the side. The toilet was leaking and wet the whole bathroom floor. All not ideal but bearable. What was not bearable was that we could not close the bathroom door at all because the door was broken. When asking for a new room we were showed another one. The bathroom seemed to be in better condition however the room itself was worse than we had already. Upon arrival, the staff had no idea we were coming and our room was not ready although we arrived about two hours after the start of check-in time. We had to wait another 1.5h for our room to be ready so we could get in. For the included breakfast, the options were quite good but I cannot say anything about the taste since we were informed the breakfast time to be from 7:30-10:00 but when we came for breakfast, there was not one staff member insight. My friend was fasting and was asking to receive the breakfast earlier in the morning around 6. The staff said he would prepare it and bring it to our room. He agreed. However, when the time came there was no one around. Not even on reception. After asking him the next day, he just said he didn’t make the breakfast because he was too tired and slept. I would not recommend booking here at all. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Le personnel de l’accueil est gentil et souriant, et fait de son mieux malgré la situation.
Pour le reste, même à 22 € la nuit pour deux bungalows, c’est beaucoup trop cher au vu des prestations et de l’état général de l’établissement.

Cons:

Nous avons été très déçus par ce séjour.
Notre chambre ne disposait ni d’eau chaude, ni de miroir, ni de wifi, ni de produits de toilette, et aucune moustiquaire n’était installée, alors qu’elle était pourtant annoncée. Résultat : nous nous sommes fait piquer toute la nuit.
Le deuxième jour, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre afin d’avoir un logement fonctionnel. L’accueil a contacté le propriétaire, qui a proposé d’autres chambres… mais à un tarif plus élevé. Il est incompréhensible de devoir payer davantage pour des prestations déjà incluses et non fournies initialement.
L’établissement semble malheureusement laissé à l’abandon :
wifi en panne depuis six mois
absence d’eau chaude
aucune moustiquaire
pas de poubelle dans la chambre
aucun équipement pour accrocher ses affaires dans la salle de bain
aucun produit de toilette malgré ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce
C’est inacceptable pour un hébergement accueillant des voyageurs.
Le personnel, en revanche, fait de son mieux avec le sourire, mais on ressent clairement leur impuissance face à la situation. La seule étoile attribuée est pour eux.
Nous avions réservé malgré certains avis négatifs en pensant que cela restait subjectif. Malheureusement, notre expérience confirme ces commentaires.
👉 Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement tant que les réparations et mises en conformité n’auront pas été réalisées.
Et pourtant, je laisse rarement des avis négatifs.
