Great value for money and close to amenities. Convenient
Pros:

This is one of the best budget hotel we have stayed.near the Tram station and walking distance to the Metro as Well. The owner and receptionist are so welcoming. Great for a short stay over . Great value for money.

Cons:

We just stayed there last Thursday the 3rd of September,2026z It looked so simple from the outside but it’s nice inside. The room is clean.

Прекрасный персонал и отличное месторасположение.
Pros:

Очень приятный и дружелюбный персонал отеля. На ресепшене пока я осталась оформить заезд, один из сотрудников взял наши чемоданы и сопроводил моего мужа в номер. Номер был чистый, постельное белье и полотенца свежие, никаких запахов. Все новое. Кстати, сам отель находится недалеко от метро, также рядом, буквально в 2-3 минутах ходьбы есть много кафешек и ресторанов. Важно кому нужно в аэропорт - остановка автобусов также в 3 минутах ходьбы. Хочется отдельно отметить Рустама - приятный молодой, говорит по русски. Так как мы приехали вечером, а он уже закончил работу, так он нам даже сделал небольшую экскурсию по округе. За это ему отдельная благодарность!!! В следующий раз обязательно остановимся в этом отеле.

El dueño es realmente amable y encantador, desde el minuto 1 se desvive por ayudarte en todo y hacerte sentir como en casa

La ubicación es perfecta porque está muy bien comunicado con todo y el trato es insuperable. No he visto a un turco más amable en mi vida.

El lugar en el q se encuentra es un barrio obrero y al llegar intimida un poco pero es un lugar seguro y tranquilo

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel, je ne recommande vraiment pas cet établissement.

J’avais réservé une chambre avec deux lits doubles, car je voyageais avec mes trois enfants en bas âge. À mon arrivée, on m’a annoncé que ma réservation ne comprenait qu’un seul lit double et qu’il fallait payer 30 € supplémentaires. Étant avec mes enfants et n’ayant pas vraiment d’autre solution sur le moment, j’ai dû accepter et payer les 30 €.

Le problème a continué au moment de notre départ pour l’aéroport de Sabiha Gökçen. Le trajet en taxi devait initialement coûter 50 €. Le chauffeur nous a attendus environ 30 minutes et nous a ensuite demandé 10 € supplémentaires, soit 60 €. Comme je n’avais plus assez d’espèces, j’ai demandé à payer par carte. On m’a alors annoncé que le prix passerait à 80 € simplement parce que je souhaitais payer par carte.

Entre les frais supplémentaires à l’arrivée et cette situation avec le taxi au départ, je garde une très mauvaise impression de mon séjour. Je voyageais avec trois jeunes enfants et cette expérience a été particulièrement stressante.

Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel et je ne le recommande pas.

Excellent place to stay near Aksaray
Pros:

Excellent hotel to stay near Aksaray. Otogar is maximum 30' by foot+Metro. Hotel is clean, you will find everything you need in the room, and staff is kind and helpful. We will return at the hotel in the future.

ACCOGLIENZA ZERO.Non mi è piaciuto niente di questo (hotel). Tutto era molto piccolo, Pulizia zero gli asciugamani avevano un brutto odore 😱il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto maleducato, II balcone non è presente nella camera, contrariamente a quanto indicato nella descrizione. Nessuno scaldabagno. Non Ampio spazio per riporre i vestiti. la signora della pulizia dal primo giorno che ci ha visti non ha salutato e ci ha guardato malissimo senza motivo.😳Wi-Fi il primo giorno funzionava e poi si è interrotto quando abbiamo chiesto ci ha risposto Wi-Fi problem!!!!!.i letti erano tutti quasi attaccati,non c’erano i tapparelle solo le tende ma non potevamo aprirle perché ti vedono tutti i vicini davanti,la camera piccola l’unico spazio era tra l’ultimo letto e il bagno,mi hanno fatto storie perché la mia bambina di due anni ha sporcato le lenzuola , Addirittura non salutavano🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️è terribile non ce professionalità.
