Sejur în scop turistic de 14 nopți
Pros:

De această dată, din păcate, am mai multe aspecte negative de menționat. Am ales să revenim la acest hotel deoarece, în urmă cu doi ani, am avut un sejur foarte plăcut și am fost mulțumiți de serviciile oferite. Din păcate, la această vizită am constatat că mai multe aspecte s-au deteriorat considerabil, iar experiența noastră nu s-a mai ridicat la nivelul celei de acum doi ani.

Cons:

Am fost cazați în scop turistic timp de 14 nopți, în camera 705, situată la etajul 7. A fost al doilea sejur în acest hotel pentru noi, după o experiență anterioară în urmă cu aproximativ doi ani. Tocmai pentru că știam deja hotelul și nivelul serviciilor oferite, am revenit cu anumite așteptări. Din păcate, de această dată am fost profund dezamăgiți, în special în ceea ce privește curățenia și serviciile de întreținere a camerei.
Curățenia și schimbarea prosoapelor au reprezentat una dintre principalele probleme. Deși am avut un sejur de 14 nopți, prosoapele au fost schimbate o singură dată. La un moment dat, acestea ajunseseră într-o stare în care era neplăcut să le mai folosim. Aspirarea, spălarea podelei și schimbarea prosoapelor nu s-au realizat în mod corespunzător pe parcursul sejurului și au început să fie efectuate abia după ce am contactat personal hotelul prin Booking și am solicitat în mod expres să se intervină.
O altă problemă a fost lipsa hârtiei igienice. Pentru două persoane adulte, cazate timp de 14 nopți, am primit în total doar două role de hârtie igienică. A doua rolă a trebuit să o solicităm noi, deoarece nu am observat nicio inițiativă din partea personalului de a verifica și completa consumabilele. În cele din urmă, a trebuit să cumpărăm noi șervețele pentru a avea ce folosi. Hârtie igienică nu am putut cumpăra cu ușurință, deoarece era disponibilă doar la seturi.
Micul dejun a fost, de asemenea, o mare dezamăgire, mai ales în comparație cu sejurul nostru de acum doi ani. Oferta a fost foarte limitată și repetitivă. În fiecare zi găseam, în principal, felii de roșii și castraveți fără gust, două tipuri de măsline (acestea fiind bune), ouă fierte, omletă/menemen, cârnați și felii de parizer prăjite, cartofi prăjiți, supă cremă de linte (mercimek), frigănele, două tipuri de brânză, ceai și cafea de la automat.

It was lovely a hotel for my family and Hotel is shops and restaurant my room was very cold on the centre town. Thank you so much for help. I need all the time from the person. Hotel was very lonely and always helpful. I just recommend highly.

Cons:

I booked it for 4 nights but i left in the middle.though i was near to grand bazar and other historic places but to be honest i dont like the washroom the shower was broken and smell in the room was disguisting.
I asked for the refund on first day after i saw my room but they said its not possible though there was an option of refund in booking.com

Excellent hotel to stay in short or long period, everything was very good.
Pros:

Staff are very helpful, speak very good English. The furniture are very new. Very clean room always. Very close to Yenkapi metro station. Very good location, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc.
Breakfast was excellent.

It's a really nice hotel in the heart of Istanbul, everything was pretty close, the hotel was clean and the hotel staff was very nice and welcoming, especially Riyadh. It's a cheap and comfortable place to stay in Istanbul
