大満足。
Pros:

朝食無料はありがたかった。品数は少ないけれども、朝食には充分。しかもパンが大変美味しい。

Cons:

特になし。建物は古い感じがしたけれども、清掃がちゃんとしていたので気にならなかったです。

安心感
Pros:

部屋は概ね快適、清潔感があった
備品の貸し出しの案内が部屋に置いてあったので、早速借りに行くとスタッフの方が気持ちよくすぐに対応してくれた
朝食も快適に摂ることができた

どうしようもないが、駅チカだったらなおよかった

スタッフ皆対応よし。
Pros:

スタッフのあいさつ、又対応が大変良かったです

Cons:

朝食にご飯類を少し欲しかったです（納豆、豆腐、海苔など）

リーズナブルであること、部屋が清潔であること

Cons:

喫煙可能な部屋でしたが、エレベータから部屋までの廊下であってもたばこのにおいが多めに感じられました。
もう少し消臭されてもいいかと思います。
