Gəlişimizdən etibarən çox mehriban, gülərüz, diqqətli və qayğıkeş davranaraq hər mövzuda bizə kömək etdi. Qonaqlarla bu qədər səmimi və xoş münasibət göstərməsi bizi çox məmnun etdi. Gecə bizə ikram olaraq meyvə təqdim etmələri də çox gözəl və incə bir jest idi. Ümumilikdə oteldə göstərilən xidmətdən çox razı qaldıq. The best hotel for a short stay in Lankaran. They helped me to solve the problem with a car and kindly provide all information I needed. The place is good for parking and getting the most important destinations in the city. The breakfast was also good, and the AC was working well for this hot weather outside

A reggeli nagyon bőséges volt, a személyzet kedves, segítőkész és beszélnek angolul. Gyerekbarát is a személyzet.
A szobánkban sajnos a szúnyogirtó ellenére is sok volt a szúnyog. A monoton zene az 5. emeleten lévő szobákban zavaró.
