The sofa very worn and uncomfortable.
It was good value for money
It was really windy, and the glass doors were rattling and banging.
We enjoyed everything. We have stayed there previously and will return.
Unfortunately due to a problem at home we had to leave a day early.
We will return in the future.
Thank you Don and Caroline
Nice and clean
Where we wanted to be
Cleanest
we live only half an hour away, but had an event on in town, we choose this hotel as the rooms are clean and have all the amenities to get ready to go out. Great value for money.
Now there is big question and it should make you look twice at your booking system. My first contact with you was were there Any special requests ? And I said yes, sausages would be nice.(you never mentioned that there was no food until Wednesday) when enquiring about the location/position of the room, you answered high! ( 2 n,d floor is Not high!!!) As a result we left the hotel early and returned to Perth thoroughly disappointed.the reason for the trip was to check out the hotel for a future event because I had very fond memories of e venue when I built the swimming pool many years ago. Also there is a serious problem with you lift jamming. Thanks for your questioaire please organise a refund and I will put it down to bad luck. John chisholm
Close to the city centre
The sofa in our room was thread bare and brown. Looks like it’s right out of the 70’s/80’s. Hotel could do with a revamp
