Cons:

Très mauvaise expérience au Boutique B51 à Marbella. Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par le séjour, aussi bien par la chambre que par l’attitude du personnel.

Le principal problème concernait l’eau chaude : il y avait clairement un dysfonctionnement, mais l’équipe refusait tout simplement de nous croire. Malgré nos réclamations, aucune vraie solution ne nous a été proposée : ni changement de chambre, ni remboursement, ni geste commercial.

La chambre était également très décevante : lits séparés alors que ce n’était pas ce que nous souhaitions, mobilier et équipements vieillissants, avec une impression générale que tout aurait besoin d’être rénové.

Le pire reste cependant l’accueil. Une employée libanaise présente à la réception a été particulièrement désagréable avec nous et refusait pratiquement de nous parler ou d’écouter notre problème. Son attitude nous a semblé méprisante et discriminatoire. Aucun sourire, aucune empathie et aucune volonté de trouver une solution.

Une équipe lamentable, un service indigne du standing annoncé et un très mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel et nous n’y retournerons pas.

We stayed at this hotel 4 nights amd we had the air conditioning liking for the whole stay in our room. They told us they have sent someone to fix it but the problem remained throughout. Disappointing!

La chambre était mal isolée et assez étouffante. La prise électrique n’était pas située près du lit, ce qui n’était pas pratique. Il y avait également beaucoup de bruit, car l’hôtel se trouve juste en face d’une boîte de nuit. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il manquait plusieurs produits et le choix était assez limité. Dans l’ensemble, le petit-déjeuner n’était pas particulièrement satisfaisant

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the reception were not welcoming at all. There were no smiles, no greetings, and very little effort to communicate with guests. Every time we entered or left the hotel, the reception staff rarely acknowledged us unless we specifically approached them or made eye contact. This is definitely not the level of hospitality I would expect from a four-star hotel.

The hotel claims to be four-star, but based on my experience, I would rate it a maximum of two stars. The rooms are outdated, and the cleanliness was not up to an acceptable standard. We even found blood stains on some of the bed linens, which was extremely unpleasant and made us question how thoroughly they had been cleaned. The furniture, facilities, and overall condition of the room also felt old and in need of renovation.
Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was very limited, and some of the food did not seem fresh.
The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is its location. It is very centrally located and provides easy access to many of the main attractions, restaurants, and areas of the city.
Other than the location, I honestly do not feel that the hotel provides a four-star experience. If a hotel advertises itself and charges prices at a four-star level, the service, cleanliness, rooms, facilities, and overall guest experience should reflect that standard. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

It was ok not worth the money we paid
Pros:

Location was good and breakfast was good as well

Cons:

Staff was not the greatest. There was a 1 older bold guy he was very rude. The gym was there but we can’t call it a “gym” it was destroyed, dusty not in usable condition.
