Cons:

Zimmer für eine Suite eigentlich viel zu klein. Handelt sich eher um ein größeres Zimmer für 2. Schlafen schwierig, da man den Krach der unteren Gastronomie bis spät in den Abend hört. Sauberkeit sollte auch besser sein. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden. Das Personal ist insgesamt sehr kühl. Frühstück äußerst bescheiden, die Brotscheiben sind abgezählt, gute Esser werden hier auf keinen Fall satt.
Das größte Problem ist aber Folgendes: Uns wurde eine Übernachtung für ein fremdes Zimmer berechnet. Das Hotel hat dies während unseres Aufenthaltes als Kaution kommuniziert, welche wir nach unserer Abreise zurückbekommen sollten. Nun wird behauptet, wir hätten freiwillig ein anderes Zimmer bezahlt und es wird sogar mit der Polizei gedroht (obwohl von unserer Seite aus gar keine Straftat begangen wurde). Dieses Vorgehen kann durchaus als Betrugsversuch gewertet werden, da das Hotel auch nicht bereit ist, den Sachverhalt zu klären (was ja durchaus möglich wäre).
Deswegen diese Adresse unbedingt meiden und sein Geld woanders investieren. Es lohnt sich!

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel rénové à 15 mn du Lac Majeur. Personnel très accueillant.
Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur les montagnes,

Cons:

L'accès en voiture pour monter jusqu'à l'hôtel un peu compliqué. Peu de places pour le stationnement mais la direction de l'hôtel est très arrangeante.

Das Bad und das Zimmer waren nicht richtig gereinigt. Ich musste sogar nach unserer Ankunft um eine erneute Reinigung des Zimmers bitten. Das Frühstück war schockierend schlecht. Es tut mir leid, dass die Bewertung so negativ ausfällt, zumal das Personal sehr freundlich war.

Schöne Hotelzimmer. Mit ein bisschen mehr Engangement hat das Hotel noch viel Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, freundlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist oberhalb vom Lago Maggiore bei schönem Wetter sicher ziemlich schön. Es ist sehr ruhig und auch die Einheimischen gehen an der Bar ein und aus.
Der Barkeeper hat seine Sache gut gemacht, als er gemerkt hatte, dass die Damen eigentlich noch ganz in Ordnung waren :-).

Cons:

Die Informationen beim Check-In waren sehr spärlich.
Man weiss nicht, ob der Whirlpool nur zum anschauen, oder auch zum benutzen ist.
Das Frühstück fiel eher mager aus. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt.

Bei einem Regentag hätte man vielleicht die Bettdecken gleich anziehen können oder die Gäste darauf hinweisen, dass im Kasten Bettdecken vorhanden sind.

Insgesamt müsste das Personal ein bisschen kundenfreundlicher und aufmerksamer sein. Ein nettes Buongiorno am Morgen wäre schön, VOR ALLEM von den Vorgesetzten oder von denen die sich für wichtig halten.
