Leider war die Dusche nur kurze Zeit mit warmen Wasser da es nur einen kleinen Boiler gibt

Die Matratzen waren hart wir hatten am nächsten Tag immer Rückenschmerzen. Das Restaurant war überhaupt nicht gut und nicht zufriedenstellend.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

We stayed there as a family of 4 and we requested an extra bed for the children. The hotel staff was very accommodating. We used their excellent laundry services. The breakfast is typical Tanzanian breakfast, very delicious. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. We had free access to the pool and playground.

The overall experience was good

Cons:

If you are an Indian / Pakistani food lover, then you have to look for another option.

On return to SGR, Bolt is not available and the taxi arranged by Hotel charged me 40,000 TSH (which was very expensive)

Pros:

Firstly I like their hospitality and all the staff were ready to help and guide you. Secondly, the premises were very neat and clean. I had a very comfortable stay there.

Cons:

Their food was good but still they have to work more on their menus. They can especially add more options for vegetarian lovers.

if the staffs are so good, we overlook the problems.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, especially the habanero chilies, staffs were excellent and on their feet.

Cons:

Our room had leakages, around 2am at night the room was leaking water, we had to call room service to provide a bucket for water not to spread on the entire floor

Both rooms selected were mountain view, but we only got 1 room mountain view

Ace took a lot of time to cool in 1 room and the 2nd room had alot of noise from other guest.

hotel not bad in a small town
Pros:

self-contained facilities with grocery store, breakfast place, restaurant.

Cons:

can't keep A/C on inside the room when stepping out; no place to go in a short walk around the hotel.
