Für Schwerbeschädigte und Behinderte ungeeignet, Zugang zu den Zimmern nur über eine Treppe.

Das Essen in dem mitbetriebenen Restaurant ist der Hammer und sehr ausreichend und lecker.

Cons:

Ich habe das Hotel am 27.08. informiert des ich und meine Frau 100% gebehindert sind und sehr schlecht Treppen steigen können. Am 07.09., 2 Stunden vor unserer Ankunft sendet das Hotel eine Email, daß der Zugang zu den Zimmern nur über Treppen möglich ist.
1. während des Autofahrens lese ich keine Email;
2. Es war für uns auch nicht mehr möglich eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen.
und auf meine Beschwerde erfolgte nur eine lapidare Email"....Wir entschuldigen uns für ihre eventuellen Unannehmlichkeiten...." ist nicht so wirklich hilfreich gewesen. Umgang mit dem Kunden ist nicht weiterempfehlbar.

Stort rom, god seng, kjøleskap på rommet, godt vanntrykk i dusjen, stille til tross for nærhet til E6

Cons:

Elendig utsikt mot rotete bakgård, defekt termostat på badet, defekt blandebatteri til vasken på badet, skuffende utvalg ved frokost (buffeten var stengt)

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The bedside table collapsed when I touched it. The duvet on the double bed was only really a single duvet so didn’t cover us. The fridge in the room didn’t work. The fried eggs at breakfast were cold.
