Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. La habitación triple era muy amplia y cómoda. El personal fue muy amable, tanto en la pensión como en el bar . Había una zona habilitada con mesas, frigorífico, microondas, cafetera , infusiones, menaje ,..Y plazas de aparcamiento justo delante.

Clean and functional. Staff very good. Although it’s on an industrial estate it wasn’t too noisy. there was a massive supermarket and take away food if you walk straight towards the stream and follow the footpath round to the right.

Sehr gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit auf dem Weg von Portugal nach Deutschland. Alles neu renoviert, sehr sauber, es gibt einen Frühstücksraum mit Kühlschrank, Wasser- und Kaffekocher, einfacher Check-In, Parkplatz vor der Pension. Grosser Supermarkt 300 Meter entfernt, Billigtankstelle (Auchan) ebenfalls. Nahe an der Autobahnabfahrt, man fährt keine Umwege. Wir werden auf der Rückreise dort wieder übernachten!

This is a superb very new property and was great value.
Just be aware that the cafe and nearby cafes all close early (19.30/20.00) as this is an industrial estate. But the property is excellent.

Quizás la ducha era mejorable
The location is quite a distance from San Sebastian on an industrial estate but there is a regular bus service to the city. It is quite close to a big supermarket and a Popeyes's restaurant. It was a big upgrade from a pension I stayed at in Irun. The look and feel of the pension was a pleasant surprise. And I would be happy to go back there if I am in the area and I thought it was good value for money.
It did prove to be a little noisy in the building early morning I believe from other guests. (Bikers I think). But that is the only downside of my stay.
