Absolutely fantastic
Pros:

This hotel and its associated concepts (bookstore, restaurant, etc) are so chic and cool - breathtaking really. And the food. Wow wow wow. It’s a hotel you would imagine in the hippest area of California or New York- but this is way better

Cons:

That I only booked one night.

Beautiful location, exceptional staff, and clean calm rooms
Pros:

Great location, very clean, well organised. We liked the little library and the bathhouse very much. The restaurant is a beautiful location and very fun to enjoy meals there.

Cons:

Staying in a private dorm-style room with children was good and bad. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! But there was no space to store bags. More hooks in the bathroom would allow for all towels to be dried properly. There could be more smart storage worked into the design for such a tight space with small shelves, hooks, and under bed storage use. Better photos of the dorm-style room would prepare guests better for what to expect.

Pros:

I would highly reccomend a stay at Soil Setoda, especially if you are riding the Shimanami Kaido. It's a great halfway stop. The island has a lot of things to see and do. Staff at Soil are very friendly and helpful, rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Wonderful stay along the Shimanami Kaido.
Pros:

Great location and clean, comfortable, modern rooms.
Friendly and accommodating staff.
Dinner at the restaurant Minatoya was excellent. The grilled deer and squid specials were particularly tasty and good value.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, not a tremendous amount of selection.

Good location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Lovely staff. Great location. Lovely attention to detail. Also, interesting history of how they are trying to revive Setoda’s fortunes. Lovely little bookshop.

Cons:

Breakfast & coffee quite expensive for what it was.

房間寬敞舒服乾淨，各種裝飾都很可愛，地點也很棒，位在商店街的巷子裡，可以走路到達許多餐廳

お部屋のデザインがかわいくてとても綺麗で、ご飯のクオリティーもとても高く大満足でした。薪で焼いたチキン、すごく美味しいのでぜひ食べてほしいです。夜ご飯に感動したので、もともと予定になかった朝ごはんも食べることにしました。朝ごはんもおいしかったです。提携先の銭湯も設備が新しく、サウナは女性用も外気浴があって最高でした。デザイン好きな人、美味しいご飯好きな人におすすめしたい宿です。

Truly unique experience with great food and a lovely view of the Seto Inland Sea.
Pros:

Beautiful and convenient location along the Shimanami Kaido bike trail. Unique (but cozy and fun!) bunkbed style room arrangement, super clean and modern bath/shower. Had amazing dinner and breakfast at restaurant Minatoya at front of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
