Il ristorante molto apprezzabile, la lista dei vini degna di nota, i cocktail molto ben fatti. lo staff in generale molto cordiale.

Einfach wunderschön
Pros:

Das Hotel überzeugt durch einen sehr netten Gastgeber sowie sehr freundliches Personal. Kulinarisch wurden wir verwöhnt – das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Die drei Pools haben uns begeistert und die Liegewiese mit viel Schatten bot während der heissen Tage ideale Bedingungen. Unser Zimmer befand sich im Haupthaus, verfügte über einen Balkon und war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Für Ausflüge nach Meran benötigt man kein Auto, denn im Juli verkehrt alle zehn Minuten ein Bus

Fantastiskt wellness hotel, med personal som verkligen tar hand om gästerna.
Pros:

Fint familjeägt wellness hotel med grymma faciliteter. Väldigt serviceminded personal som verkligen bryr sig om gästerna.
Vi bodde i den nya tillbyggnaden och rummen var luftiga och fina.
Fin spa avdelning och fina poolområden. Rent och fint.
Middag och frukost var av högsta kvalitet och det fanns ett stort utbud.
Bra parkering med laddmöjligheter.

Sehr schöner neuer Bereich. Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel. Ganz liebes einheimisches Personal. Wunderschöner Garten. Gutes Essen, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Ich habe ein Bodylotion vermisst, aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Pros:

Klein und fein. Der Name ist Programm.
Alles war sehr schön, das Personal ausserordentlich freundlich.
Man merkt hier noch, dass es familiengeführt ist und die gesamte Familie anpackt.
Auch eine tolle Weinkarte mit Köstlichkeiten von der Gegend haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Vielen Dank nochmals!!

(Wir kennen andere 'Inhaber geführte Hotels', welche zwischenzeitlich stark gewachsen sind und die persönliche Note leider infolge industrieller Skalierung ziemlich verloren haben).

Cons:

Dieses Jahr hatten wir infolge starker Belegung des Hotels ein Komfort Zimmer buchen müssen. Zimmer sind tip top, doch statt eines Holzbodens, hatte das Zimmer einen (modernen) Teppich. Das entspricht mir aus hygienienischen Gründen nicht.
