Had a wonderful stay. The ladies on the desk were very accommodating and helpful.
Pros:

Pretty much everything. I loved the location and the view from the balcony, especially the kangaroos on the lawn in the morning.
Loved the style of the cabin. Beautifully decorated.

Overall a great place and very relaxing. photos of the villa true & room is very clean.
Pros:

Breakfast didn't really eat only the toast and the coffee.

Cons:

Reception never answer the phones , before arriving and during the stay. the road to the villas has a lot of rocks on and wasn't great on my car so clearing the rocks would be appreciated.

We loved our time at this beautiful property!
Pros:

The property was lovely. The cottage was immaculate, decorated beautifully, spacious and they provided, snacks, breakfast, coffee and a bottle of wine from the vineyard. We also loved the terrace to relax on and enjoy the beautiful view! Wonderful property!

Stunning views, but the 'included breakfast' was a dishonest and disappointing cardboard box
Pros:

The hotel is visually stunning and the design is lovely. The view from our room was absolutely perfect and definitely the highlight of the stay.

Cons:

We felt a serious lack of "truth in advertising." While breakfast was supposedly included, we received a small cardboard box with kids' cereal and two slices of tasteless white bread. It was never replenished for our second day. We’d rather they offer nothing at all than make us feel cheated. We spoke to a representative about compensation, but they never got back to us. Disappointing service.

The best accessible room or villa we’ve ever stayed in. Well done!

I can’t recommend you highly enough!
Caitlin definitely is in the right job and her help was invaluable with changing us to an accessible villa.
From the second we opened the door till we left again, was the calmest experience we’ve had in ages.

Thankyou for having the power points higher on the wall. You are the first place in an accessible room that has had that done.

If there’s one thing that could be added is a fold down left grab rail on the toilet for those of us with loss of mobility in our right arm.

Please don’t change anything else. You’ve made us have an excellent experience.

Прекрасная вилла на виноградниках в самом сердце долины!
Pros:

Превосходное проживание на вилле на винограднике! Роскошный огромный номер, удобная кровать, большая ванная комната. Завтрак нестандартный, в ланч боксах, это надо учитывать (хлопья, молоко, сок, шоколадка), но в холодильнике было пиво, кола, вода, и в целом к завтраку нет претензий. Комплиментарно была бутылка очень вкусного вина. Рядом стоящие домики не мешают - стоят достаточно далеко что б не слышать соседей. Красивый номер, красивая вилла, виноградники, вкусное вино - роскошный отдыха, нам очень понравилось!

Все было идеально!
