Pros:

A szoba nagysága és a wellnes. Az ételek ízletesebb voltak.

Cons:

Valaha jobb napokat élt szálloda, max.3 csillag,semmiképp nem 4 csillag. A személyzet egy kivétellel képzetlen,bizonytalan,ami vezetői hiba. A szoba berendezése kopott,a padlószőnyeg kopott,foltos volt. Érezhető mindenhol a spórolás,amit szomorú bolt látni.

Pohvalio BiH personal u welnwsu na masažu.Peoblem je samo u slabijoj komunikacija(ne zna engleski).
Parking ispred hotela.pogled sa terase

Cons:

Čudno je da u hotelu sa 4 zvezdice posle večere nemate vodu za piće sem ako ne platite flaširana.Voda iz česme se pije.U našim sobama je bio prilično stari nameštaj.
Osvetljenje u sobi katastrofa.

Cons:

Rendeltünk ebédet, (gyorsan ki is hozták eddig jó) kerthelyiségbe kértük.
Rántott húst műanyag villával kellet volna fogyasztani..... de 3 garnitúra evőeszközzel sikerült mert elolvadt a villa a kés eltört . Ár annyira nem volt olcsó hogy ne járjon hozz normális evőeszköz. Kértünk olívabogyó összeállítást ..... potom 2000 forintért 10db fekete bogyót sikerült ki hozni se villát se pálcikát nem adtak hozzá (szerintem illene) gondolták kézzel lábbal ahogy sikerül. Reggeli vacsora finom és bőséges volt.

A melegvizes kinti medencék nem voltak valami melegek. Hosszú távon hideg volt. A vacsora nekem nem ízlett.

Pros:

Nagyon szép helyen fekszik a szálloda. A központban. A szoba gyönyörű, tiszta és csodás kilátás volt a Dunára és a városra. A személyzet nagyon kedves és udvarias volt. Wellness pont megfelelő. Az ételek finomak voltak és mind a reggeli, mind a vsacsora során bőven lehetett választani. Még az ételallergiásokra is gondoltak. Szuper, hogy felnőttbarát a szálloda, így kiválóan lehetett pihenni. Kutyával jöttünk, amelyet előre jerleztünk, így kutyafekhely, tál és egy kis ajándékcsomag is be volt készítve a szobába. Szívből ajánlom a szállodát. És ha szombaton is ott tartózkodnak, ne hagyják ki a Csónakos piac felkeresését, mert fantasztikus! Ráckeve egy kis ékszerdoboz Budapest szomszédságában.
