Super tolles Hotel. Warmer Empfang, feines Frühstück alles mit Liebe hergerichtet, Rührei à la minute zubereitet.
Habe den Hamam genossen und bekam noch (ohne Voranmeldung) spontan einen Schaummassagetermin.
Lage topp, um Sarajevo zu entdecken.

Very friendly and helpful staff and the location couldn't be better. Very clean
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with made to order eggs, sausages, breat and numerous condiments. The location in Sarajevo was within walking distance of many historical site and old town

Cons:

There was a water shortage in Sarajevo and some of options in the Haman, like the steam room were not avaiable. This was not the fault of the hotel, but the turkish bath was one reason we booked with this hotel.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Sarajevo, made even more memorable by the exceptionally warm and welcoming staff.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sarajevo. The location was perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore the city and its beautiful surroundings. The staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. My room was beautiful, and well maintained, making it a pleasure to return to after a day of sightseeing.

Cons:

The only downside to my stay was that the room was quite cold and the amenities were rather basic. There was no complimentary water or shower gel provided, just a very small bar of soap. However, these were relatively minor inconveniences, largely because the staff were so incredibly friendly and accommodating. They genuinely went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible, even providing a portable heater when I mentioned the room was cold. Their kindness and willingness to help more than made up for these small shortcomings.

Tutto. Camera pessima e fredda (mi hanno dato una stufetta) ed ero nella junior suite, il frigobar era vuoto e mai riempito, durante quasi tutto il
soggiorno, non c’era acqua e non siamo stati né avvertiti né tutelati. Colazione scarsa, ma con personale gentile e per finire il prezzo alto sia per tutti questi inconvenienti.

Hotel atypique à choisir pour son cachet historique et sa situation, très bon choix.
Pros:

Le cadre historique de ce bel établissement complètement restauré voici 16 ans et devenu un hôtel de charme. Magnifique situation.

Cons:

Chambre un peu sombre mais c'est assez normal vu son cadre historique Pas de parking privatif, non loin de loin un parking public mais cher (35 euros pour 24 heures)

Ein ganz besonderer Aufenthalt in einer außergewöhnlichen Stadt, die mich sehr berührt hat!
Pros:

Eine Unterkunft, in der Geschichte lebendig wird, nicht nur in dem dazu gehörenden historischen Hamam. Dazu kommt die Toplage in der Innenstadt.
Es war außerdem sehr interessant, mit den mehrsprachigen, sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitenden immer wieder ins Gespräch zu kommen!

Прекрасный вариант для отдыха в Сараево

Отель расположен идеально. Все рядом, и при этом намного тише. Очень приятный персонал, все готовы помочь. Замечательный хамам, мы брали частный визит на один час и получили очень хорошие впечатления. Симпатичный традиционный завтрак, количества небольшие, но мы все наелись. Номер небольшой, но в целом достаточный. В 2х шагах от дверей отеля находится пекарня с очень вкусной выпечкой, это удобно.
