Pros:

La struttura è molto nuova e pulita, i letti comodi. La posizione è buona, appena fuori dalla città vecchia. Il personale molto cortese e disponibile. La colazione è servita al tavolo, non al buffet, con prodotti (prevalentemente salati) selezionati dal personale e cucinati al momento. Tutto molto genuino e fresco.

Cons:

Le camere sono nuove, ma piuttosto tetre, sia per mancanza effettiva di luce (la nostra dava direttamente sulla strada a piano terra e il traffico), sia per una generale assenza di calore e fascino, diversamente da quanto sembrano mostrare le foto. L' hammam dovrebbe essere il pezzo forte della struttura ed essere a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente. Di fatto, cosa che non viene ben specificata al momento della prenotazione, vi si può accedere solo in determinate fasce orarie. Uomini e donne possono andare insieme solo su prenotazione effettuata in anticipo (anche questo non era chiaro al momento della prenotazione) e soprattutto con un sovrapprezzo. Considerate anche le alternative presenti in città e considerate soprattutto le difficoltà oggettive ad usufruire dell' hammam, il prezzo è decisamente spropositato!

Comfortable and good location
Pros:

Great location. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean room

Cons:

We didnt use the hamman because we had to fo separately and the men had tp go in the middle of the day, which just would have messed up with our plans. Shame as we booked to use it.

Bonito hotel hamman
Pros:

Es un edificio histórico muy bonito bien ubicado para visitar el centro de la ciudad y tiene un hamman que puedes utilizar, los empleados son muy amables y las camas cómodas

Cons:

No hay parking, pero lo puedes solucionar si aparcas en el hotel Europa, pagas 40 KM por día, es mejor no aparcar en el parking de la calle al lado del hotel porque cuesta el doble y es exterior

Pros:

It was a beautiful historical building, right next to the heart of the city. But the most exceptional thing was how kind and attentive the staff were in reception. Every request was met with an efficient and friendly response, from asking for a plug adapter to getting a temperamental lamp looked at. They were always so happy to help and so courteous - it really made the stay special and the reason we will go back.

Great central hotel.
Pros:

Great hotel with a traditional hamam feel. Right next to the old town. Friendly helpful staff. Actual hamam was great to unwind at the end of a busy day.
