Didn’t stay, cancelled the booking and left. No WiFi, electricity, running water or AC. Apparently it was all died by 9p
Pros:

It’s near the beach

Cons:

It’s dirty, they don’t have AC in all rooms (despite what’s suggested on booking.com. Likely to play a little switcherooo on the rooms.) over priced for a grubby noisey place.

A localização, o lugar foi pensado para o hóspede descansar frente ao oceano.

Cons:

Abriu uma discoteca / Beach club exatamente ao lado da pousada Junto al Rio. O problema é que funciona com som alto eletrônico das 12 as 22 p.m.

Infelizmente peguei o quarto ao lado da discoteca

Always an excellent stay and we will continue coming back!!!
Pros:

We have stayed here multiple times. We love the fact that it is right On The beach. We also love the restaurant on the beach. It’s a great place to relax and unwind. Beautiful facility and close to everything.

Cons:

There isn’t anything I don’t like about the property…… except that the restaurant staff is extremely slow. We often have to walk up to the bar to get what we need. The food is very good though.

Fantastic place all around. Nature preserved! Ultimate relaxation.
Pros:

Fantastic place. Brilliant and rare--the way they preserved a natural feel with the amazing landscaping and palapas. Also lots of open space and well tended. Incredible place.

Cons:

100% cotton bedding would be nice.

Comfortable and would come back.
Pros:

I liked that we were able to walk to the beach, the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The staff left a mosquito repellent, that was very nice.

Cons:

There was a constant humming, i realized it was something coming from the sewage plant next door. There was no odor so that's good but the humming was constant. The restaurant opened at 1pm and closed at 8pm, wished it would stay open later in order to hang out.

Hellish loud pounding house music ruined our long awaited vacation.
Pros:

We liked the people that worked there. However, there was absolutely nothing they could do to address the problems created by their new next door neighbour. We also liked the other guests that we met when we arrived. Unfortunately, they all left because of the punishing music being blasted from the brand new hotel on the adjacent property

Cons:

The primary reason for making this selection was location. It is right on the beach. I couldn't wait to hear the waves breaking on the shore at night However, a new establishment just opened next door (the day we arrived) that played pounding electro music at top volume all day and into the night. Guests where we were staying chose to leave, and if we had the option, we would have left too. It was pure hell.

Dormir cómo en la jungla
Pros:

Dormir y despertar con el sonido de las olas no tiene precio. El personal muy amable, tiene estacionamiento lo cual es muy importante en Sayulita. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la playa y a pocos metros de la playa (tienes que caminar un poco más para meterse en la zona donde no hay piedras). Teníamos todo lo que teníamos en el Bungalow que rentamos (dos adultos y dos niños)

Cons:

Son cosas ajenas el alojamiento pero a veces hay un mal olor que viene de la planta tratadora de agua que está al lado. No es nada grave ya que el olor nunca entró a nuestro bungalow. De ahí en fuera todo perfecto.

Location was fabulous. Right on the beach and very accessible to downtown restaurants and shops. Beachfront restaurant was tasty. Staff was very friendly. Stephen and Pablo and their surf lessons/rentals were fabulous.l

Cons:

The beds were very hard but otherwise rooms were excellent.
