Only having to go out and up the fire escape to get to the room in the rain!
Ample parking. The breakfast is exceptional! Honestly the best breakfast we’ve had when we travelled around. You can choose the main dish you want. The room we chose is on the smaller side but it’s enough for us as we just stayed one night. The room is very warm. The surrounding is very quiet.
The wall can be thin and you may hear ppl next door talking. There were only two families (including us) staying at that time so it’s not an issue for us☺️ The shower water temperature is not that high so for some ppl, they may feel it a bit cool.
The team were exceptional.
Room very small. However, no regrets as tram made up for this with how kind they were and dog friendly.
Convenient if climbing Scafellpike.
The family that runs the B nd B were lovely. The negatives that I listed were for improvement only. Once it’s done, it will be great! Free parking, comfortable bed and food was briiliant. Definitely will stay here again.
There were some facilities in the room that needs updating. Like the bathroom door that we can’t closed. The cover in the bath needs sorting out. Some dust here and there.

Der "Bergblick" war der Blick auf die stark befahrene Straße, es war nicht richtig sauber, und alles wirkte billig.
Wir sind nach 10 min. Ankunft wieder gefahren.

Very welcome atmosphere. Lovely and spacious room . Beautifully placed . Fantastic people . Great kitchen . Absolutely amazing time . We spent 8 nights and this will be our great memories about amazing people and places
