All staff was excellent 👌 every one polite and helpful 👍

Cons:

The room was very small and uncomfortable. When I first checked in, the room had water all over the walls and the floor. Everything was wet. We asked if we could upgrade to a better room, and I was willing to pay the extra cost, but the staff said all the larger rooms were fully occupied. Instead, they offered another room of the same size.
Since I was exhausted after a long journey, I decided to accept it. However, the replacement room was also disappointing. They had to change the bedsheets, blanket, pillows, and other bedding because everything was dirty. Even the room service tray and plates looked extremely old and worn out, as if they had been in use since 1972. It was disgusting.
Overall, it was a terrible experience. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

It was a great stay and location was perfect as per my expectation.

Lacks outside view from the room. Recently parking facility has been a bit hectic due to current government restrictions but hopeful to get it solved by the hotel management near future ☺️

Pros:

Overall my experience was really good! The best part about this hotel is the location, just besides the highway, sevok market. 30-35 minutes from the NJP.
Rooms with amenities & facilities are really satisfying. The staff are also very helpful.

Pros:

The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities. The staff also followed up after checkout to check on my stay experience.

Cons:

The bathroom is decent, but the drainage needs immediate attention as the urinal has an unpleasant odor. The geyser is not functioning properly. Additionally, since the property is located in a market area, there is no provision for parking day-long hired vehicles.
