Cons:

Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, making the room unbearably hot. When we reported it, instead of fixing the unit, the night staff forced us to pack up and change rooms at midnight—completely disrupting what little sleep we had left.

To make matters worse, a different staff member came to our new room the next morning to ask why we couldn't just turn the old AC on with the remote, claiming it was "set to a timer."

I didn't waste my time arguing, but this logic is absurd: if it was just a timer setting, the remote would have turned it back on instantly. The fact that you had to physically move us to another room at midnight proves the unit was genuinely broken.

Waking guests up at midnight for a move, then insulting their intelligence the next morning with misleading technical excuses, is absolutely unacceptable service.

Generally good location, clean and value for money.
Pros:

I accidentally left a stack of notes about RM1000 on the desk. The cleaners cleaned my room without touching the money - honest and staff with high level of integrity. Room 107. 28/5/25

Cons:

Washing basin tap with restricted flow - probably clogged.
The toilet bowl was restricted by the wash basin- too close.
Air cond under powered.
