Good breakfast, poor rooms and very dated.
Pros:

YThe cooked breakfast was very good and saved the stay from being dreadful.

Cons:

Allocated a room in a basement when we requested a room without climbing stairs. There were cobwebs on the light fitting, the wallpaper was peeling off and the shower room was tiny, freezing cold and flooded when using the shower. We were refused a meal in the hotel the restaurant as they had a party of guests in and were too busy for other residents.

Would stay there again but I'd like a discount from being dissatisfied.The first time
Pros:

The ceiling in\nOur first room needed attention because it was damp and water seeeping through which the hotel gathers another room for the next night night because we're there for2 nights

Cons:

The hope all of the hotel could do with a upgrade and put a lick of a paint.

It was a lovely stay. Just needs a little work
Pros:

The room was a decent size with a balcony, bedding perfectly clean. Lovely bar and lounge

Cons:

Games room advertised isn’t made yet. Our double bed was two singles pushed together which was horribly uncomfortable. Asked for 2 extra hours in the room which cost £20!

Waste of £256 and not a executive deluxe room.
Pros:

The staff were really nice

Cons:

Room was dirty.
Cobwebs and bugs everywhere.
Coffee and milk stains from previous guest.
Netflix and youtube couldn't load at all, even though that was listed as a pro of the room.
Ceiling basically falling down.
Double bed was two different height beds pushed together with one single headboard.
Carpet torn up.
No electric shower.
No heating only portable heaters.
Milk for coffee station in room was gone off.
No fridge or water facilities besides the bathroom taps.
No games room as advertised.
Outdated and well-used furniture.
It should not be classed as a executive deluxe room and was definitely not worth the £256 paid.

I should of slept in my car for the night and saved my money, considering the price I expected more

It was not clean, it was far too noisy. Guests in rooms above could be heard all night, meaning we had no sleep at all. I put in a complaint and it has been ignored!!

Both me and my wife had a very good break.
Pros:

Both breakfast and dinner were very good.

Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Dirty, very worn, torn curtain, ragged carpet, filthy bath mat, folk sleeping in bar area, and no restaurant open on a Saturday night, paid extra for ‘front view’, looked on to weedy area facing away from sea.. Never again.
