The property will be undergoing a full renovation and the project is estimated to take around 24 months for completion. Guests will be able to see the works being carried out, but they will not be affected by it.
The renovation works are carried out between 08:00 and 16:30 daily.

Andrew at the reception was very helpful and friendly. He made sure our check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The room and bathroom was very clean, and on-site parking was really appreciated.
For context, we stayed during summer on a hot day. A fan was provided, but it was barely blowing any air. The room was extremely hot throughout the night, and when we opened the windows the noise from the street was loud. The bed was very creaky as well and every movement could be heard.

The room was a little snall and cramped
super friendly staff, super helpful. I was traveling alone and felt very safe and cared for. Carparking was a real bonus, i paid and was allowed a very early checkin which was perfect. there is a lovely italian cafe opposite for dinner, i had a superb breakfast on the sunday. Spotless clean hotel, super comfy bed and excellent shower

2 rooms were cancelled and i had to wait a few days for refund, but this was resolved for me
Was as I expected. The staff are great I should mention.
It was very hot in London for those few days, an aircon would have made the stay excellent.
The guy on reception was very helpful, even offered to help carry my bag to the room. I arrived very late and hungry and he helped me out by heating my food in the microwave dispite this not really being allowed. The room was clean and comfortable just what I needed after the day I’d had.
Tv reception is terrible - constantly glitching
No seating area, desk or chair, just beds but I understand this being a triple room they don’t have space
Shower makes a terrible banging noise when you turn it on, I managed to stop it after a bit of adjusting

er was een geweldig vriendelijke receptionist die bereid was alle nodige informatie te geven tot het vinden van parkeergelegenheid tot hoe we bij het dichtbijgelegen metro station konden komen.
We hadden een kamer op de bovenste [2e] verdieping, die te klein was voor twee personen vanwege het schuine dak , ( er was rondom het te kleine tweepersoonsbed (140cm) te weinig ruimte. we hadden het geluk dat het prima weer was tijdens ons verblijf [24○C] maar daardoor direct ook de pech dat het veel te warm werd in de te kleine kamer waar de hele dag de zon op stond, gesloten rolgordijnen konden de warmte niet buiten houden, waardoor het s'nachts bijna niet afkoelde en de door het hotel geleverde ventilator kon daardoor ook niet voor de nodige afkoeling zorgen
( waarschijnlijk is het op de lagere gelegen verdieping wel aangenaam verblijven ).

It was a good place to stay for a concert at Alexandra Palace. Enfield was a nice place to wander through to the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful
It is a noisy street and we had to have the windows open as it was hot, but i took ear plugs so it didn't bother me.

Friendly staff, great location for getting to Spurs for a concert only a 4 stops away. Lots of food places nearby. Small bathroom but big shower.
Crazy hot summer! as it is an old property there is no air on, but a decent fan was provided. No breakfast, but great cafe directly opposite.
