The property will be undergoing a full renovation and the project is estimated to take around 24 months for completion. Guests will be able to see the works being carried out, but they will not be affected by it.
The renovation works are carried out between 08:00 and 16:30 daily.
Kindly note the accommodations is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.

Very clean and pleasant. Great location.
Check-in and check out was quick and easy, and the staff - warm and welcoming. Our room housed the much needed fans. The room was well presented and excellently cleaned. A range of nearby eateries for breakfast, lunch and dinner are available.
A complimentary bottle of water would not have gone amiss especially on warmer days. There is limited parking space on the hotel grounds, however, free nearby on road parking is available. Traffic is very audible (as it sits on a cross road) which might interrupt the sleep of lighter sleepers.

No WiFi at all and wasn’t prewarned therefore couldn’t use the apps on TV or my phone basically. Rooms far too warm also.
It was good that we had parking. The receptionist was smiley and welcoming.
The room was very clean.
By main roads and was extremely noisy. Also the bed was far too soft.
The property is in a perfect location for Spurs games and the town itself. With shops bars and restaurants close. Everything is on your doorstep. The staff are unbelievably helpful and can’t do enough for you. The young lady on reception was exceptional and a credit to the hotel.
The rooms are looking a little tired and worn. They need some updating and tlc. They are clean with great bathrooms but some aesthetics in the rooms need touching up.
The locality to the wedding we attended , but also with the cafes and restaurants surrounding. It was clean. There were 2 fans in the room which were a blessing as very warm that day despite the cooling temperatures and rain.
I didnt dislike anything really, maybe the addition of some bottled water in the room would be good especially when it has been so warm.
Clean spacious room
It was too hot, no air con, but there was a big fan in the room. It was very noisy when the window was open because the room was directly next to a care homes back garden, I could hear the staff outside talking to each other, word for word and the residents making behavioural noises (adults with additional needs).
Room small but tidy and perfect location for my annual stay
Sadly I found the bed mattress uncomfortable as springs seem broken and its too soft
