A good stay let down by breakfast. Juices far too sweet, bland coffee and 1/4 slice of fried bread

A good budget hotel right on the sea front
Pros:

breakfast very good, staff very good.
a good budget hotel, right on the seafront

Cons:

couldn't open room window as it was right next to a kitchen vent which was EXTREEMLY noisy.
check-in took ages, as the 1 person on shift was serving drinks in the bar and couldn't hear the buzzer!!!!!

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

For the short stay we where there i found the place very friendly and clean. Entertainment was excellent on fridsy night. Breakfast was good as well.

Cons:

Some of the attitude of the people that stayed there, found some of them rude.

Comfortable and great location.
Pros:

Staff were excellent and very friendly. Location was perfect for our day at Exmouth Pavillions. Breakfast (included) was superb and a great choice on the menu. Food was delivered very quickly and anything different from standard was no problem for staff.

Cons:

We only stayed one night and everything we needed was available to us.

Unfortunately we were woken up several times during the night due to squeaky floorboards! We appreciate the hotel is quite old so understand.
