Cons:

Το ξενοδοχείο είχε συνεχείς διακοπές ρεύματος. Παρόλο που δεν ήταν άμεσα υπεύθυνο για αυτό, εντούτοις μας καταστράφηκαν οι διακοπές αρκετών ημερών και θα έπρεπε να υπάρξει κάποιου είδους ανταπόδοσης ή αποζημίωσης. Ειδικά από την στιγμή που οι τιμές διανυκτέρευσης παρέμεναν ίδιες και ακριβότερες.

Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε καθαριστεί ποτέ ολοκληρωμένα, φαινόντουσαν πατημασιές.

Το δωμάτιο είχε συνεχή φασαρία εξαιτίας του bar της πισίνας. Δεν μπορούσες να ησυχάσεις ποτέ, ούτε καν τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας.

Βρέθηκε ζωντανή κατσαρίδα δίπλα στα κρεβάτια μας.

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ φτωχός και ο χώρος πολύ ζεστός. Θα μπορούσαν να υπάρχουν εξωτερικοί ανεμιστήρες.

Το ξενοδοχείο έχει αρκετά χρόνια να ανακαινισθεί και πολλά σημεία πλέον έχουν εμφανές πρόβλημα συντήρησης..

Camera dalle dimensioni generose

Cons:

La principale motivazione che ha reso il mio soggiorno poco piacevole è legata alla gestione e manutenzione dello spazio ombrelloni e spiaggia. I lettini, con i relativi ombrelloni, sono tutti estremamente ravvicinati, mentre la spiaggia è poco curata in termini di pulizia.
Il servizio ristorante è altrettanto deludente, con scarsa scelta di piatti nel menù alla carta, i quali oltretutto non sempre risultano disponibili.
Infine, per tutta la durata del soggiorno, abbiamo avuto persistenti interruzioni di corrente elettrica e di acqua, situazione spiacevole da sopportare con le temperature di luglio.

Cons:

Cleaning and reception staff were very friendly, however the hotel was let down by the attached restaurant and bar staff. The food itself was lovely but service was poor- waiters wouldn’t come to you for a long while and you had to usually flag them down. When they did come to you they didn’t appear to listen or would rush off without having finished what you were saying- this led to several wrong orders where we were made to feel it was our fault.
The breakfast was very limited and not reliable- if something ran out they didn’t replace it.

Pulizia, efficienza e attenzione per il cliente per un soggiorno da favola!
Pros:

La struttura è un piccolo gioiellino nel cuore di Djerba. L'ambiente piccolo e raccolto permette di passare in pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia alla piscina fino al bar con terrazza sulla spiaggia e al ristorante interno, facendoti sentire letteralmente a casa. La direttrice gestisce tutto con una professionalità ineccepibile ed è attenta e disponibile con i clienti (avevamo avuto un piccolo problema con la camera prontamente risolto). Il personale si prende letteralmente cura dei clienti in ogni fase della giornata ed è sempre pronto ad accogliere e aiutare i clienti. Con la mezza pensione abbiamo avuto colazione e cena (con tavoli a bordo piscina) inclusi e il cibo è stato vario e di buona qualità. A cena, in particolare, abbiamo sempre potuto scegliere tra due antipasti e tre piatti che coprivano diverse esigenze (carne, pesce, cucina locale o occidentale) e non si sono mai ripetuti nella settimana in cui abbiamo alloggiato al Dar Bhar a conferma di un'ottima variazione del menu. Comodissimo il bar a bordo spiaggia e accanto alla piscina per poter ordinare bevande e cibo direttamente sotto l'ombrellone. Una nota di merito ai ragazzi della sicurezza in spiaggia che "vegliano" sui clienti e intervengono prontamente in caso di ambulanti o venditori di tour troppo insistenti e invadenti. Il servizio di pulizia è rapido, efficiente ed estremamente disponibile. Tutti giorni trovavamo la camera pulita, ordinata e ricambio asciugamani. La sera l'intrattenimento al bar è piacevole e mai eccessivo o caotico e i divanetti sparsi tra la spiaggia e il giardino permettono di appartarsi a bere un drink in una situazione più tranquilla, ma sempre protetti dall'occhio vigile del servizio di sicurezza.

Cons:

I receptionist sono in po' goffi e disorganizzati, dando purtroppo, una prima impressione della struttura meno positiva di quanto lo sia realmente. Servizio bar per ordinazioni in spiaggia-piscina molto lento (ma una volta conosciuti i tempi, basta ordinare con un po' di anticipo). SPA molto basica con prezzi europei per servizi di qualità media. Le camere al piano terra, o almeno quella che ci avevano dato inizialmente, sono molto buie e forse andrebbero distinte da quelle ai piani alti o comunque più luminose con tariffe budget.
Il Dar Bhar resta comunque una struttura eccellente, e queste più che vere e proprie criticità sono solo dei suggerimenti per migliorarla ulteriormente. Tornerò sicuramente e la consiglio a occhi chiusi sia a famiglie sia a gruppi di amici. Particolarmente indicata per viaggiatrici solitarie, sia per la sicurezza garantita sia perchè l'ambiente piccolo e raccolto permette di familiarizzare e fare conoscenza con gli altri clienti. Da considerare anche per periodi di smartworking per l'ottima copertura del wifi e la tranquillità del posto che permetterebbe di lavorare senza rumori eccessivi e distrazioni anche nelle zone esterne (o dalle suite con terrazza vista mare per una totale tranquillità).

Estadia de 2 dias , no entanto os funcionários foram excelentes, super simpáticos, profissionais, atenciosos, e super prestáveis, hotel super limpo , acolhedor, bom ambiente , óptimas condições.

Cons:

Pena não ter Wifi nos quartos e em geral a rede não funcionava muito bem , excepto no bar .

Très agréable séjour dans un bel hôtel typique.
Pros:

Super petits déjeuners et piscine agréable et surtout les pieds dans l'eau, le personnel est charmant et serviable, petit clin d'œil à Nawel, la directrice vraiment charmante et commerciale la restauration est bonne est variée, je conseille cet hôtel à 1000%.

Cons:

L'entrée de l'hôtel, la décoration, de la rue c'est insignifiant et dès que l'on a passé la grande porte typique Tunisienne et bien c'est un petit paradis.

Un hotel fantástico y totalmente recomendable

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en el Dar Jerba / El Dhar y la experiencia ha sido inmejorable.
Desde que llegas todo son facilidades: cuenta con parking privado, lo cual se agradece muchísimo si vas con coche, y las instalaciones son preciosas. Tiene una piscina espectacular que conecta con acceso directo a una playa privada impecable, totalmente equipada con tumbonas, hamacas y sombrillas gratis. Además, la zona de playa te da muchísima tranquilidad, ya que hay un chico de seguridad vigilando la zona de hamacas y un socorrista atento. Por cierto, ¡el agua del mar estaba espectacular, calentita como un caldo!
La atención del personal es de 10, súper amables y atentos a cualquier detalle. Nosotros cogimos media pensión y fue un acierto total. La cena incluye dos primeros, tres segundos y postre para elegir. Yo suelo ser bastante especial y raro para comer, y tengo que decir que he comido genial todos los días; es más, un día no me gustaba la ensalada del primero y me prepararon otra diferente sin ningún problema.
El desayuno es un puntazo porque desayunas prácticamente en la misma playa, con unas vistas espectaculares. Y por las noches hay muy buen ambiente con música en directo en la zona del bar, donde puedes tomarte cervezas, combinados o cenar a la carta si no tienes la pensión completa.
En resumen, un hotel comodísimo, con un servicio impecable y súper recomendable. ¡Para repetir sin duda!

Nous avons passé cinq jours absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel spa, et tout a été parfait du début à la fin.

La piscine est tout simplement phénoménale, et la plage privée avec ses transats est un véritable petit paradis. L'accès direct à une mer magnifique, avec une eau à une température idéale, rend le séjour encore plus exceptionnel.

Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins. La direction mérite également toutes nos félicitations : très accueillante, attentive et toujours à l'écoute de ses clients.

Les soirées sont très agréables, avec une ambiance conviviale et festive. Des chanteurs viennent régulièrement animer les soirées, on peut danser et passer d'excellents moments dans une atmosphère chaleureuse.

Le spa, situé juste sous l'hôtel, est un véritable atout. Les installations sont excellentes, les soins de grande qualité et les massages sont tout simplement exceptionnels. Un vrai moment de détente et de bien-être.

Enfin, un immense bravo à toute l'équipe de restauration ! Chaque repas a été un régal, du petit-déjeuner au déjeuner, jusqu'au dîner. Les plats sont délicieux, variés et préparés avec beaucoup de soin. Mention spéciale également aux cocktails, avec ou sans alcool, qui sont excellents.

Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour ces cinq jours inoubliables. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs et reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir. Nous recommandons cet établissement à 100 % !
