L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme. La plage est à proximité. Le personnel etait tès sympatique.

Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, les chambres propres et le personnel adorable et toujours à l’écoute. Nous avons eu un petit problème de climatisation et d’électricité, mais quelqu’un est intervenu immédiatement pour régler le souci, ce qui a été très apprécié. Le petit bar derrière l’hôtel est également super, et malgré sa proximité, on n’entend pas la musique depuis les chambres. Je recommande sans hésiter 😊

Cons:

Le SPA et Hammam : un grand travail à faire de la part de la direction au niveau d'équipement et la formation du personnel. Les employés font de leur mieux mais c'est très très loin de ce que on peut appeler un centre de bien être. J'ai plus aimé la douche chaude et puissante de ma chambre que mon passage au "SPA".

Abbiamo passato in questa struttura gli ultimi giorni delle nostre vacanze in tunisia ed e stato fantastico. Tutto lo staff é attento al confort del cliente, la struttura é bella , pulita , tenuta in modo impeccabile. Le camere grandi e confortevoli, abbiamo adorato il letto. Zona piscina e spiaggia con sdraio sempre disponibili. Abbiamo preso la mezza pensione e tutto é stato copioso e buonissimo, un saluto ad Ali che ci ha con professionalità accompagnato ogni sera, sopratutto facendo attenzione che mia moglie vegetariana possa sempre mangiare tutto. La colazione é molto varia e fanno omelettes e crepe al momento. Il bar e ristorante in spiaggia é altrettanto buonissimo. In fine la Spa e gestita da persone gentilissime e professionali, l'hamam é stato fatto benissimo e i massaggi fantastici. Ancora grazie a tutti voi per la bellissima esperienza che ci avete fatto passare. a presto

Lite, koselig hotell med privat atmosfære. Anbefales for alle som vil ha det fredelig og vil unngå de store hotellene. Nydelig beliggenhet på stranden. Stranden var ren og fin. Hyggelig personale og god service. Fint lite basseng for de som foretrekker det.

Cons:

Kunne tenkt meg flere sitteplasser inne for kjølige kvelder. Litt vanskelig å få tak i taxi for å komme seg til andre steder. Prisen på middag var noe høye. Men ville likevel gjerne ha komt tilbake til dette hotellet. Absolutt en favoritt

Hôtel moyen ça mérite 2 étoiles
Pros:

Les personnels sont sympa et accueillant souriant, notre appartement pas mal bien avec balcon, l'ensemble de l'étbalissement calmant sauf le soir, le restaurant large et piscine sympa vue mer.

Cons:

Le lit de notre chambre est horrible on finit de souffert le dos car les matelas ne sont pas bonne qualité, chambre un peu vieux, on est arrivé en plein de travaux on a travers les couloirs un peu sale, les personnels fument partout avec l'odeur désagréable partout même le jour et nuit, dommage, Concernant, petit-déjeuner nous sommes déçu "bof" les jus ne sont pas frais, matériels presque en panne! repas froid, le personnel nous propose de chauffer au micro-onde "pfff" croissant épuisé il faut demander à chaque fois! c'est decevant !

Nicely designed hotel on beach, unethical room switch
Pros:

The reception staff were very friendly, the location is right on the beach - much closer to the water than some of the other hotels, the design of the hotel is lovely and our suite was spacious, and breakfast had a made to order omelette and crep station, which was very good. It seems like if you want to up on weekends drinking and partying, the beach restaurant would be a lot of fun, and I appreciate the fact that our room had double glass doors to try to mostly successfully block the sound.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was fine but not good, the breakfast seemed like it had been prepared and left out the night before with dried out cucumber, and they did not have most of the items on the menu, service was hard to come by. The bed was very hard. The worst thing is that we had booked a first floor sea view suite with a terrace, and when we arrived they had moved us into a different, ground level room because they were doing construction on the seaview rooms. They did not notify us of this. It was the only reason I had booked this hotel rather than another one. Extremely unethical and poor service in this regard.
