Easy to check in/out. Helpful staff & very nice shower!
The room was extremely hot. I'm aware it was 32 degrees that day, but had the blind or curtains have been shut I don't think it would have heated up quite so much
Best shower I've ever had 😊 and excellent breakfast
Nothing

Wifi very poor in my room. Connection kept dropping off.
Friendly welcoming staff & value for money.
Everything.
Nice room, modern bathroom
The room was very warm but the window couldn’t be opened fully due to health and safety.
A fan in the room would have been good.
Lovely room. Comfy bed.
WiFi was very poor and struggled to make a phone call.
Room was also very warm but I was unable to open the window more than a couple inches
Good breakfast
Furniture in room made it difficult to open the window.
Great location, lovely decorated rooms of a decent size, great facilities for a great price on a saturday night!
It might have been for ambience but the lightening was a bit too much on the dark side when curtain shut.
The radiator was under the curtain, so was a little on the chilly.
Lovely decor and staff and close to Birmingham Airport
Nothing
Really nice decor, a little staircase to our bathroom was cute, would recommend to anyone who's off to Nailcote Hall
The public spaces were lovely and the room was reasonably well appointed and clean
The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor and there was no mirror in the room making it really hard to use the hairdryer
Location. Food. The rooms were nice.
Bed not very comfy ! Sofa bed comfy though
Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble.
Room and bathroom clean and tidy.
Nicely located, not far from the lakes at Barston
The breakfasts were delicious the staff courteous and efficient
we liked the environment and the happy staff
Our room was nice, the bed comfy, but it was dusty and dark, a brighter light might be useful for those with poor sight
