Very pleasant, if I'm in the area for work again I'll certainly return

Easy to check in/out. Helpful staff & very nice shower!

Cons:

The room was extremely hot. I'm aware it was 32 degrees that day, but had the blind or curtains have been shut I don't think it would have heated up quite so much

The room was very warm but the window couldn’t be opened fully due to health and safety.
A fan in the room would have been good.

Great decorated rooms
Pros:

Great location, lovely decorated rooms of a decent size, great facilities for a great price on a saturday night!

Cons:

It might have been for ambience but the lightening was a bit too much on the dark side when curtain shut.
The radiator was under the curtain, so was a little on the chilly.

Pros:

The public spaces were lovely and the room was reasonably well appointed and clean

Cons:

The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor and there was no mirror in the room making it really hard to use the hairdryer

Comfy warm room and really above avarage food. In fact I'd say it was delicious!

The breakfasts were delicious the staff courteous and efficient
we liked the environment and the happy staff

Cons:

Our room was nice, the bed comfy, but it was dusty and dark, a brighter light might be useful for those with poor sight
