Extremely clean and comfortable, choose the apartments over the hotel room as much more space and more comfortable with everything you could need.
In main hotel the mattress is very soft! But in apartment was perfect 😊
Comfortable place in the middle of the city center. Nice vibe of breakfast. The air con was working silently and perfectly. Good and strong waterflow in the bathroom, clean,wide walk in shower and room. Well equipped bathroom/room. Comfortable bed, regular room cleaning. Convenient parking. Convenient entrance on the ground floor and easy use one click bottoms of the hotel app (setting for the do ot disturb/cleaning, far remote access to the lights and door of the room is superb idea). Nice drinks and convenient smoking/sitting area on the terrace of the bar. Very pleasant staff, very nice touch with the fresh orange juice shots in the morning. TV was amazing with streaming services.
The touch surface of the elevator was not sensitive enough or was not reacting for every touch(according to my husband it was just me.. 😂 so who knows). The coffee machine was not filled up twice when i tried it in the morning, although we went fairly late to have breakfast and even so they refilled it a bit after they had seen it run out, so it was not a big of a deal. The bar is on the pricey side, might it be cheaper just to go out. Without the air con it was way too warm cause of the giant glass walls, but luckily air conditioning was working fine.

It was clean and comfortable. Right across the shopping mall and near bus station.
When I arrived the woman told me there was no room attached to my reservation and that we were “lucky” because there was one available. What would have happened if there weren’t?
I don’t understand what makes a hotel a 4 stars hotel? There were no facilities in the building other than the restaurant.
Upon arrival it was no clear how to enter the hotel. It was just a door with a bell ring and no signs letting people know they needed to ring the bell. I sent a WhatsApp message to the number provided and got no response.
It’s spacious, clean, comfortable with a good working climate control. Marvelous breakfast and close to centre. Very suitable for a prolonged stay.
