Overall, I enjoy the stay after 17 nights but nothing too special or makes me feel welcomed.
Pros:

The Premier Room is quite spacious, modern with a smart app and very bright with natural sunlight. Cleaning is decent. Breakfast is ok with limited hot dishes.

Cons:

No complimentary drinking water every day so i had to buy from nearby Tesco. Restaurant & cleaning staff attitude were not welcoming, at least put on a smile every time a guest approaches them.

Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen található a hotel. A mélygarázs használata benne van az árban. Kifogástalan tisztaság várja a vendégeket a szálloda teljes területén. Finom svédasztalos reggeli, kedves kiszolgálás, segítőkész a szálloda minden dolgozója.
Kényelmes szobák, kábel tv, mini bár, 5 perc sétára található a Pláza 10 perc a belváros és a Miskolci Nemzeti Színház, amit kár lenne kihagyni. ITT MINDEN ELŐADÁS ELVARÁZSOL!!!
/ 5 éve van színházbérletünk és az ország nyugati feléből utazunk ide/
15 perc autózással elérhető a Diósgyőri Vár, kicsit tovább autózva Lillafüred varázslata vár ránk. Amit ne hagyjatok ki ha Miskolcon jártok, az
Miskolc Tapolca.
És még valami!
A minden hónap első vasárnapján egy fergeteges régiségvásárral vár a belváros.
És ha elfáradtatok, ugorjatok be a Desszertem cukrászdába egy finom süteményre, fagylaltra és Miskolc legfinomabb kávéjára, ahol mindig szívesen látják a vendégeket.

Przejazdem, w grupie przyjaciół, motocyklistów.
Pros:

Pan w recepcji mówił po polsku, słabo, ale bez problemu można się dogadać.
Smaczne śniadania, lącznie z szampanem.
Podziemny darmowy parking, bezpiecznie i sucho.

Właściwie nie mam żadnych uwag.

Bij binnenkomst in de kamer was het 40 graden. Raam kon niet geopend worden.
De douche liep over. Vanwege 1 mei geen personeel beschikbaar....

Bewijzering in de parkeergarage alleen in het Hongaars. Liftdeuren die eruit zien als een kastdeur.
