Pros:

Everything
From the food to the hotel location.
Right on the beach side, drinks bar on the beach, snack and drink bar at the pool, bar at the reception.
Grrat and clean pools.

Pros:

Хотелът е чудесен, храната - безупречна, ние прекарахме почивката си в началото на юни, важно е може би да се отбележи, но беше спокойно, чисто, уютно, приятно, а персоналът беше невероятно любезен и приветлив. Дали бихме повторили.... ДА, въпросът е кога.... :) Поздрави на всички от MPM Arsena Beach! <3

Cons:

Нямаше платените спортни канали :D. Гледахме Ролан Гарос и беше супер!

Hotel mi doporučili náhodní známi, boli sme tu opakovane 2025,2026...
Pros:

Personál ústretový, vybavenie dostatočné, výber stravy rozmanitý, skvelé umiestnenie hotela priamo na pláži, ktorá je udržiavaná a vybavená lehátkami a slnečníkmi, k dispozícii je aj sprcha, hotel ponúka každý deň plážové osušky, má vonkajší i vnútorný bazén. Blízkosť obchodov i možnosť prechádzok do historickej časti Nesebaru cca 2 km .

Cons:

Horšie to je s toaletou na pláži,ktorá nebola otvorená komplet v čase prevádzky pláže, zaslúžila by si rekonštrukciu , takže bolo nutné chodiť do hotela , čo znamenalo vyšlapať množstvo schodov, náročné pre starších ,prípadne imobilných klientov .Posledné dva večery hlasná hudobná produkcia cca do 22,30 hodiny.

Чудовий вид і персонал, всі привітні, особливо рятівник сподобався та бармен. Кімната була велика, зручна для 2 дорослих і дітей 6 та 9 років

Absolut empfehlenswert – Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in diesem 4 Sterne-Hotel verbracht und sind restlos begeistert.
Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar: direkt am Meer und nur einen kurzen, schönen Spaziergang vom historischen Nessebar entfernt – perfekter geht es kaum!
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den hervorragenden Service. Das gesamte Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und arbeitet absolut professionell. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an herzlich willkommen.
Unser Zimmer war angenehm groß, modern eingerichtet und hatte einen tollen Balkon. Ein großes Lob an das Reinigungsteam – es wurde täglich gründlich sauber gemacht.
Das Essen war bei allen Mahlzeiten (Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen) frisch, sehr schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Fazit: Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach unschlagbar gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Amplasarea pe plaja, micul dejun

Cons:

Șezlongurile din plastic nu au saltele. Sala de fitness este doar de reclama. In realitate sunt câteva aparate, pe care nu le folosește nimeni într-o sală de fitness și alea defecte. Liftul de la piscina era mereu blocat la etajul 2. Nu exista halate in camere, deși hotelul are spa (nu am verificat dacă funcționează). A trebuit să ne întoarcem de la masa înapoi la recepție pentru că recepționerul nu ne pusese brățările și apoi ne-am mai întors încă o dată pentru cartelele de prosoape pe care , de asemenea a omis sa ni le dea la checkin. Per total, deși este cotat 4 stele, in realitate este de maxim 3.
