Мы очень хорошо отдохнули и если в следующий раз решим отдыхать в Несебре, то выберем этот отель

Очень приветливый персонал, готовый прийти на помощь, если необходимо.

Cons:

Мы не привыкли к таким завтракам. Предпочитаем шведский стол, а не заказ блюд.

Notre chambre la 11 bien placée au rez-de-chaussée.

L’emplacement au cœur de la vieille ville

Cons:

Le service laisse à désirer, le restaurant est très bruyant avec de la musique très forte jusqu’à plus de 22:30
Le personnel du restaurant est désagréable, pas du tout professionnel. Un dîner à deux, un des plats arrive, l’un commence à manger et à presque terminé lorsque le plat du second arrive
Ils commencent à nettoyer la table sans que l’on ait terminé le repas
Je déconseille fortement

Sehr zentral, nettes Personal besonders der Ober war wirklich nett

Cons:

wir hatten Abendessen, ein Teil des Essens war sehr gut ein anderer Teil war leider eher nicht gut. Frühstück war aber sehr lecker

Ich würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen, sondern eine der günstigeren Familienpensionen und abends im Ort Essen anstatt der

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Altstadt und eigener kostenfreier Parkplatz. Zimmer ok, Bäder recht modern. Ein Hotel mit viel Potential.

Cons:

Personal und Verpflegung.
Anders als in anderen Bewertungen machte das schlechte, fast freche Personal den Aufenthalt kaputt. Auch das Essen und das Essenfassen während Frühstück und Abendessen waren schrecklich.
Fangen wir beim Frühstück an.
Es gibt kein Büffet. Man darf sich genau 1 Speise aus der Karte auswählen. Das kann ein Pancake (!), 1 Schüssel Cornflakes mit Milch etc. sein.
Dazu gibt es 1 Stück Kuchen (wenn man den denn isst) und 1 Teller mit schlechtem Obst. Tausch Alter Apfel gegen Banane ist nicht möglich!
Außerdem gibt es nur 1 Kaffee inklusive. Für jeden weiteren wird man mit 4 EUR abgezockt.

Abendessen: Man wählt 3 Gänge aus der Menükarte aus. Das Portionen sind je nach Qualität groß oder normal. Gute Speisen werden nicht so großzügig präsentiert wie billige Teigwaren.
Das Essen ist Stress. Schon bei der Hälfte der Vorspeise wird das Hauptgericht gebracht. Das Personal will einfach nur fertig werden und Schluss machen.

Das Personal im Restaurant ist durchgehend unprofessionell, unfreundlich und patzig, fast frech zum Gast. Da begeht einem der Appetit.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt gar nicht.

Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna . śniadania i obiady ala-carte do wyboru regionalne dania. Na obiad starter plus danie główne plus deser (napoje płatne) na śniadanie do wyboru jeden zestaw plus kawa herbata i sok. Oprócz tego podane ciasto i Świerże owoce. Pokój czysty sprzątany każdego dnia. Lokalizacja ekstra. Mieliśmy widok na cerkiew Jana chrzciciela a z boku balkonu kątem było widać morze. Mieliśmy wykupiony dostęp do spa ale nie korzystaliśmy. Pokój duży i przestronny. Jeśli wrócimy do nessebaru to tylko do tego hotelu

Cons:

Na początku szkokieb był brak windy ale to w zasadzie nie był problem aby dojść na drugie piętro. Może materac trochę za miękki.

Sehr nett, das Essen (HP) war außergewöhnlich gut
Pros:

Alle sind sehr herzlich und nett. Die blonde Bedienung mag nicht so sehr lächeln, sie mag wohl Tiere mehr als Menschen. Aber ansonsten Seeeehr nett alle.
