Absolut keine zimmerreinigung 5 tage ,keine sitzmöglichkeit am Balkon, da keine Stühle vorhanden waren. Wlan nicht verfügbar, Zimmer waren abgewohnt bzw. Das Inventar reperaturbedürftig
Der Wellnessbereich im Keller war teilweise nicht verfügbar. Keine Terasse wie im Prospekt angegeben weil sich im hinteren Bereich ein großes Baustelle befand und die für jedermann zugänglich war .Kinder bzw ältere Personen könnten sich sehr leicht verletzen! Der Badestrand war faktisch ünbenützbar da der Zugang schon sehr schlecht war und eine einzige Katastrophe. Bitte nicht dieses hotel buchen ,folder ist ein großer fake .booking muß dieses hotel prüfen und herausnehmen.

Bardzo dobra obsługa w recepcji - na wysokim poziomie, ratuje to Hotel, super też jest klimat z lat 2000, Hotel jest bardzo ładny

Nie podobała mi się czystość w pokoju, brudna pościel, otrzymaliśmy tylko jeden ręcznik po następny musieliśmy pójść do recepcji, deska w łazience rozwalona, popsuta spłuczka od WC (ciągle woda leciała), nie wymienione płyny w łazience jeżeli chodzi o mydło było pusto w zbiorniku, brak pasty do zębów, Pani sprzątająca wchodziła bez pukania (karta w drzwi otwieranie, nawet żadnego przepraszam itp.)

Well done to the waiters trying to look professional in a completely unprofessional hotel. At the reception, they try to explain why none of the above works in the hotel, but they don't even know the answer to why everything is locked.

Cons:

A hotel that is obviously intended for excursions. During the period we spent there, the cleaning lady did not enter our rooms, you get a towel on the first day and it is the same until the last day. As far as activities are concerned, there is almost nothing to do, except for the pool, in which, when you see the quality of the water, you don't want to go in. Everything else is locked without explanation. So fitness and spa do not exist as written. The location of the hotel is correct considering that it is on the lake, but the ratio between the price and the quality it offers is very, very low quality

Strefa dla dzieci - bawialnia i sporo innych atrakcji, blisko jezioro, pokój przestronny, śniadanie ok.

Cons:

Brudny basen - powinien być wyłączony z użytku - woda niefiltrowana, mętna, śmierdząca. Wyszłam po chwili. Na skórze wysypka. Zaczęłam szukać w internecie opinii - okazuje się że Sanepid wiele razy tam interweniował bez skutku. Szkoda że właściciele nie stosują się do zaleceń urzędów - sami szkodzą, bo obiekt mógłby mimo zębu czasu, być atrakcyjny

El acceso es de tierra y está muy mal, el gym lo cerraron definitivamente, as habitaciones no se asean diariamente ni cambian las toallas, las ventanas no tienen cortinas gruesas así que todo el sol de la mañana entra a la habitación, el secador de cabello no funcionaba y la bañera es muy incómoda y mucho mas

Bardzo dobre śniadanka w formie bufetu. Dostęp do basenu, kręgielni, bilarda, sauny w cenie pobytu. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Lokalizacja na obrzeżach Olsztyna, cisza i spokój. W sumie cały Hotel bardzo ładny, chodz lata świetność ma już za sobą bo przydałby mu się kapitalny remont

Luźne kontakty i gniazdka, klapa od sedesu.
Nieprzyjemny zapach w strefie z basenem, brudne, nie działające jacuzzi. Brak jakichkolwiek krzeseł lub leżaków na balkonie.
Poprosiłam o jedno łóżko podwójne, były dwa przesunięte do siebie, które się odsuwały, przez co w nocy wpadałam w przestrzeń między nimi.

Mało osób, dobre śniadanie

Cons:

Budowa na terenie hotelu o której nie ma informacji, koparka chodziła cały dzień. Sauna dostępna jak miało się szczęście. Rowerki i kajaki nie dostępne . Z kolacją też wprowadzili w błąd. Teren nie miał nic wspólnego z tym co było w opisie.
