I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, several issues affected the overall experience.
The room telephone was not working, which forced me to go downstairs multiple times to communicate with the staff. The in-room safe also did not function properly and required three separate attempts before it was eventually fixed.
Basic amenities were lacking. The soap in the room was almost empty upon arrival. The room was not properly prepared for three guests; there were only towels for one person. We had to go downstairs to request additional towels, and even then only one set was brought up, requiring yet another trip to resolve the issue.
One of the room keys provided did not work, which again meant another trip to the front desk to have it corrected.
In addition, a window in the room began to make clicking noises early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel was also very noisy in the morning, as many truck drivers park and stay there and depart early, which added significantly to the disturbance. Breakfast was very limited and only met the bare minimum expectations.
Overall, the stay did not meet basic standards of comfort or service. We will not return to this hotel and would not recommend it.

Buen hotel para descansar en ruta.
Pros:

La comodidad de poder dejar nuestro coche tipo van. Desde allí era fácil de visitar Orvieta que está en alto pero tiene 3 aparcamientos cerca del centro.Un Hotel para descansar. Sólo estuvimos una noche poque estábamos de paso a Roma.

Przepiękne Orvieto
Pros:

Odniosę się najpierw do ciszy w pokoju. Odgłosy z ulicy nie są problemem, natomiast słychać np. chrapanie zza ściany, czy chodzenie w nocy po pokoju - piętro wyżej - i ciągnięcie walizek, rozpakowywanie się (upadające, bądź z impetem kładzione przedmioty).
Śniadania smaczne, raczej typowo włoskie, niż kontynentalne. Ale przecież to Italia!
