El restaurante no tiene la capacidad suficiente para cuando tienen el hotel al máximo de huéspedes, es lo único que consideraría mejorasen.
El desayuno estuvo bien. La ubicación del hotel excelente, se puede llegar caminando a varias actividades.

Había termitas en la habitación, una buena cantidad.
Las instalaciones se ven nuevas, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien en la habitación.. Tiene buena ubicación para ir caminando a las principales atracciones de la ciudad. El desayuno estuvo muy completo y rico. Además todo el personal fue amable.
La ubicación excelente, las instalaciones estan bien, la cama es cómoda y en general está muy limpio.
Nada, todo estuvo bien
La ubicación es buena, pero la calle donde esta el hotel es muy angosta (sólo cabe un vehículo) y no se puede estacionar ni por un momento para bajar el equipaje. El estacionamiento está en un subterráneo a cien metros de distancia del hotel y los huéspedes tienen que acarrear el equipaje desde ahí.
Estuvimos dos noches. El día que llegamos era festivo y no había personal de mantenimiento. No había agua en el lavabo ni en la regadera y el empleado de recepción no sabía como arreglar ese asunto. Finalmente llegó alguien hacia las 10 de la noche que reparó el desperfecto de la bomba y empezamos a tener agua a la medianoche. Al día siguiente sucedió lo mismo con la diferencia que esta vez si había personal de mantenimiento y pudimos tener agua hacia las 8 de la noche.
Era temporada de calor y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien (tardó mas de 3 horas en enfriar la habitación).
