Якщо хтось їде по справам це ідеальний варіант за свої кошти.
Pros:

Сподобалось співвідношення ціни якості. На рецепції мене зустрів усміхнений чоловік який любʼязно провів мене до кімнати. В кімнаті було свіжа постільна білизна та рушник. Було зручне ліжко, заснув швидко.

El precio es más asequible que la mayoría de alojamientos de ostrava

Cons:

Engañan a la gente. Alquilas una habitación con baño propio pero una vez ahí te ofrecen una con baño compartido. Si quieres la que tú elegiste y pagaste te dicen que tienes que pagar más. Túvimos que hablar con el jefe por teléfono para que nos dieran la habitación por la que habíamos pagado

Jiří an der Rezeption Super nett und hilfsbereit!

Pros:

The hostel had a great atmosphere with a historical touch, and it was clean. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and told us many interesting facts about Ostrava and recommended places worth visiting.

He also offered us compensation in the form of breakfast because of the misleading information in the reservation, where a private bathroom was guaranteed. Unfortunately, it turned out that this was intentional misleading by the property owner.

Cons:

The property owner deliberately deceived us about the accommodation. The reservation clearly stated that the apartment would have a private bathroom. This was simply a lie. There was no private bathroom — the only bathroom was shared and located in the hallway.

What makes the situation even worse is that this did not seem to be a misunderstanding or an innocent mistake. The information about the private bathroom was presented in the booking deliberately, which led us to choose and pay for this accommodation under false pretences.

The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. We could barely sleep and eventually decided to return home earlier. We did not even consider staying for the second night because we did not want to sleep on those mattresses again.

The receptionist did offer us breakfast as compensation for the lack of a private bathroom. However, this turned into another unpleasant experience. He himself suggested that we have breakfast at 8:00, even though we had asked for 9:00. Despite this, the breakfast was not prepared at 8:00. We waited for more than an hour, and at around 9:15 we finally decided to go out and get something to eat ourselves. We only saw him again at the entrance, when he was just arriving with groceries.

Overall, we feel that we were deliberately misled about a key feature of the accommodation. A private bathroom was explicitly promised, but it simply did not exist. This is unacceptable and, in our opinion, completely undermines trust in the property.

Pokoje w zasadzie takie jak na zdjęciach niezbyt zachwycające, zaskoczyło jednak to, że po mimo tego, że w opisie znajdowała się informacja „prywatna łazienka” to łazienka znajdowała się na korytarzu i prywatna nie była. Po przyjeździe wgłębiłem się w opis i faktycznie jak się inną część rozwinęło to pisało że wspólna łazienka. No ale opis jasno wskazywał na łazienkę prywatną.
