Ideal location in Ortisei
Pros:

Tremendous staff - very helpful and accommodating. Location is perfect to enjoy the city and still have easy access to public transportation. Great restaurant! Cozy and clean spa facilities.

Cons:

Our room was great, but it had a door to the adjoining room that did very little to block out noise. If staying here again, I’d try to get a room without this feature.

Very happy.
Pros:

Easy walk to shopping and cable cars.

Cons:

Trying to park our rental car in its underground garage was a challenge because of the tight spaces, but staff offered to park it for us.

Pros:

Excellent Location, excellent breakfast, good bar, good dinners, beautiful spacious rooms

Cons:

Warm at night and couldn’t adjust the aircon. Couldn’t sleep with windows open due to street noise.

Great Stay In Ortisei !
Pros:

The location is great as it's very close to the lifts and the middle of town. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the service was excellent.
The Spa facility is very nice as is the large outdoor hot tub and terrace area. The wood fired pizza served on the terrace is fantastic.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hard to fault anything about this hotel. Great modern rooms, in the heart of the town, parking on the property, amazing breakfast and dinners served at the hotel and exceptional staff service.

Expensive for what it offers but great location.
Pros:

Very close to the bus stop.

Cons:

No AC, in summer it is VERY hot, we were told to just leave the window open to let fresh air in but because the hotel faces the town centre and bus stop, it was very loud all day long, even at night.
