A wonderful way to enjoy the Dolomites while immersing yourself in South Tyrol culture!
Pros:

We loved everything about this family run hotel. Dunia and her daughter, Magdalena, work tirelessly to make your stay feel special. In fact, they have the perfect personalities for the hospitality industry! We got the half board option. Both breakfasts and the dinners were exceptional. We also loved the location on the mountainside overlooking town and the mountains. Lastly, we thoroughly enjoyed the infinity pool and related facilities. We would love to come back some day!

Pros:

Location was beautiful

Cons:

No privacy we were in the ground floor and people were walking by looking in our room. Noisy. Slamming doors staff talking outside our door. Noise at 3 in the morning.

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway with outstanding views
Pros:

We were blown away at the hospitality and facilities here. The staff were so friendly and we felt instantly at home. The spa was very relaxing and not at all busy or crowded. In fact we had it to ourselves at points. Stunning views and all round perfect location. The food was delicious and plenty of options for those with dietary requirements.

Wonderful Tyrolean experience in the western Dolomites.
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely charming! The setting is beautiful, high on a mountain overlooking Ortisei. The staff was extremely warm, welcoming, and attentive to our every need. The amenities were top notch and the meals were excellent. Just a short drive or bus ride to Ortisei for access to all the wonderful hiking and biking activities that the area has to offer.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for some rest and relaxation in the western Dolomites.

Cons:

We were here at the end of August/beginning of September. The facility does not have air conditioning (nor do most of the hotels in the area). Our room was very comfortable at night, but got a little stuffy during the middle of the day. I would advise anyone coming to the area to check the historic temperatures for that time of year and plan accordingly.

Wow! Fantastic.
Pros:

Wow !! This Hotel & everything about it was fantastic. I couldn`t fault it in any way. A truly luxurious stay. The Family owners have put so much into this hotel & offer a superb service.

The best of the Dolomites
Pros:

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The family was very service minded and helped us in every way possible. The spa area and pool are simply incredible. The dinner was excellent, as well as the breakfast with great variety. The rooms and interior of the house were very well decorated. We had our own private balcony over the valley with an amazing view. This was by far our favorite stay in the Alps!

I proprietari si distinguono per la loro educazione, disponibilità e attenzione verso gli ospiti, facendoti sentire accolto e coccolato dal primo all’ultimo giorno.

La pulizia è impeccabile in ogni ambiente, segno di grande professionalità e cura dei dettagli. La camera era bellissima, spaziosa, confortevole e arredata con gusto, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa immersi nella natura.

Un vero gioiello è il roseto: curatissimo, ricco di colori e profumi, un angolo incantevole che contribuisce a rendere l’atmosfera ancora più speciale.
