Great location, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location near a busy shopping street but not too noisy at night. 5 min easy walk from the port. Clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to a Queen room with private balcony which was really appreciated. Lots of drinks and snacks complimentary in the room. There are several steps to the upper floor to be conscious of if you are not too mobile.

Cons:

The room was a little small, nowhere to comfortably put two suitcases. We had a balcony but no view other than rooftops. Bathroom was nice but again a bit small - Greek style. The saddest and most disappointing thing about the property was Eldo the property manager. He saw us approach the gate to the property and just said ‘Yes?’ before we had a chance to even say hello. He never smiled, his demeanour was unfriendly and not very welcoming. He did carry our bags to the room while we were told to wait for our room to be ready.

Agréable séjour. Nous serions restés plus longtemps si cela avait été possible.
Pros:

Pas de petit déjeuner mais café, thé, jus et gateaux nous attendaient. Emplacement idéal près du port et des restaurants sur la mer tout en étant au calme.
Aldo a été très serviable et agréable.

Cons:

Nous aurions apprécié qu'on nous indique le chemin à prendre pour arriver à l'appartement. Pour éviter les marches, prenez à gauche du port et passez devant la basilique Byzantine. Puis première ruelle à droite. 5 minutes à pieds.

Fantastic hospitality from Eldo! Went above and beyond with service. Clean room, however pretty small. Excellent, central location in Parikia close proximity shopping

Pros:

The location was great. My room was one of the garden rooms. It was big enough for me and it was comfy. Also there were complimentary snacks, coffee, tea and water in the room which is a very nice touch.

Cons:

I stayed 3 nights and there was no cleaning or towel change. It would be nice at least changing towels and cleaning the floors every other day.
