Even though the reception staff were very attentive and pleasant, they shouldn't be accepting guests

It wasn't clean; there was mold on the walls in the bathroom and an unpleasant smell. There were no glasses or a kettle in the room, and even soap had to be requested separately.

주차장이 없었어요. 공영주차장이나 도로에 주차해야 되는데 어려워요.
밤에 추웠어요. 이불을 얇은 천하나만 제공해야. 물론 요청은 해보지 않았어요

Very well located 19th century house in Kutaisi
Pros:

A beautiful house very well located in Kutaisi. The wooden parquet is particularly beautiful.

Cons:

The matras was outdated. The balcony door did not shut properly which made the location noisy.

Good location close to the city center, friendly staff

Cons:

After check-in, there were no towels in my room, so I had to contact the staff and ask them to bring some.
At check-out, I was also required to pay for the stay on-site, even though I had already provided my card details through Booking.

Pros:

Malgrès l'heure tardive de notre arrivée nous avons très bien été reçu par le jeune veilleur de nuit.
Le petit déjeuner était très bien préparer et la dame de service très attentive.
Le jour de notre départ la dame de l'acceuil nous commandé un taxi en moins de 5mm
La proximitée du centre ville est très appreciable.
