Pros:

Waren 1 Nacht auf Durchreise. Sehr nette Angestellte, besonders an der Rezeption. Frühstück vielfältig, Abendessen auch sehr gut. Ist zu empfehlen, gerne wieder.

Einmal und nie wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war alles in allem okay, ebenso die Rezeptionistin vom 25.05.26, welche auch im Frühstücksraum Dienst hatte.

Cons:

Die Freundlichkeit von Frau Petrovà bei der Anreise war das Schlechteste was ich in über 30 Jahren regelmäßiger Besuche (privat und geschäftlich) in Tschechien und der Tschecheslowakei erlebt habe. Vieleicht sollte das Hotel mal überdenken wie man mit Privatgästen umgeht, wenn ein Reisebus ankommt, vieleicht ja um einen Moment Geduld bitten und ein Getränk anbieten bei 28 Grad Außentemperatur.
Ebenso sollte man sich mal über die Parkplatzsituation Gedanken machen, ein temporärer Parkplatz zum Ein-und Auschecken wäre sehr hilfreich wenn schon nicht ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. So kann man sein Gepäck über mehrere hunderte Meter ins Hotel bringen. Als Fazit kann ich sagen: Einmal und nie wieder.

Pros:

Pokoj byl velmi příjemný, elegantni a čistý.
Zeleň parku za okny jen umocňovala kouzlo pokoje a ubytování.
Velmi pohodlné postele, matrace a lůžkoviny, už dlouho jsme se takto dobře nevyspali. I výška postelí byla příjemná a pohodlně se z nich vstávalo i se na ně pohodlně sedalo.
Hotelová snídaně by la vynikající 👍
Její pestrost a nabidka byla taková, až jsme nevěřili vlastním očím. Pestrost nabízeného byla až neuvěřitelná, ještě jsme se s takovouu nesetkali.
Kouzlo snidaně umocňovalo posezeňi u stolu u okna, kdy jsme měli pocit, ze sedíme přimo v parku. Nádhera 🙏🙏🙏
Kávu máte vynikající ☕️☕️☕️

Cons:

Nedá se řict, že nelíbilo, ale dveře od pokoje i od koupelny už byly dost opotřebené zubem času a léty. Určitě bysi zasloužily, vyměnit, aby se vyrovnaly standardu a úrovni pokoje.

Wochenende in Sokolov
Pros:

Die Lage mitten im Park, wunderschön ruhig. Nähe zum Radweg. Man konnte die Fahrräder im Hotel unterstellen. Die Rezeptionsdame war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und das Frühstück ausreichend.

Cons:

Leider war die Heizung aus - ab Mai wird dort die Heizung abgestellt. Obwohl es in der Nacht -1°C war! Im First Class Zimmer gab es im Bad keine Heizung! Der Toilettendeckel war kaputt. Man hat uns Klebeband gegeben um reparieren. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Keine Lüftung im Bad. Keine Sauna im Hotel, auch nach Nachfrage. Nur im öffentlichen Schwimmbad.

Für einen Kurztrip okay
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage ist einfach super. Das Personal am Empfang und Restaurant waren sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück war reichlich und das Essen im Restaurant war ( trotz fehlender Speisekarte) top.

Cons:

Die Türen in den Zimmern könnten etwas Pflege vertragen.
Bei einer Außentemperatur von 3 Grad funktionierte keine Heizung im Zimmer.

Pros:

Na to, jak spartánské bylo vybavení pokoje (fén by potěšil), mě příjemně překvapila opravdu bohatá a chutná snídaně, navíc s krásným výhledem do parku. Další plus je, že dokážou uschovat kola.

Kein schönes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. mitten im grünen.

Cons:

Das mobilar hätte besser sein können, Stoff war gerissen vom Bett. Spiegel im Bad Spiderman.
Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig, keine Teller und Tassen da, kein aufgefülltes Buffet noch nicht mal Hörnchen gab es zum Frühstück nur aufgetaute kleine Brötchen die noch nicht mal gebacken waren, zum Abendessen kam die Bedienung nach 10 min nach 1 Stunde Wartezeit kam dann unser Essen , bezahlen mußte man am Tresen.
Parkplatz sehr eng, klein und zu wenig Plätze. Hund zu teuer am Tag, es gab noch nicht mal ein Futternapf. Wir kommen nicht wieder und empfehlens wert ist es auch nicht.

Pros:

jezdíme do tohoto hotelu již léta a můžeme tedy porovnávat a bohužel musíme konstatovat, že se výrazně zhoršily snídaně, co se týče pestrosti, množství a také dostupnosti. V 8.30 nebylo pečivo, žádné teplé jídlo /vajíčka, párky, slanina apod./. V sobotu místo čerstvého pečiva chléb staršího data. Chápu, že všichni šetříme, ale neplatím 220/snídani, abych jedla staré pečivo.
