Location ..clean. easy to access with receptionist

Cons:

Without lift it is hard to go 3rd floor with luggage and specially for old people's. I suggest them to install a lift I have seen there is place available to install a lift.

Gut, einfach und charmant. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll im Inneren. Das Zimmer ist weiters mit Charme eingerichtet, insbesondere das Bad, welches wunderbar geräumig ist. Das Bett war recht einfach gehalten, aber stabil und solide. Wir haben uns auch sehr über die Partnermatratze gefreut (ohne Lücke in der Mitte) 🤩.

Außerdem kamen wir recht spät abends an; wir wurden vom Hotel kontaktiert und uns der Türcode und die Vorgehensweise mitgeteilt, sodass wir auch noch um Mitternacht problemlos selbst einchecken konnten.

Vicina al centro, prezzo alto, ma più basso rispetto agli altri hotel.

Cons:

Gli asciugamani erano sporchi e puzzavano di candeggina, le lenzuola erano macchiate di qualcosa di rosso che credo fosse sangue. La stanza era al terzo piano senza ascensore. Le mattonelle e lo specchio erano rotti, inoltre la doccia perdeva acqua dagli infissi e si è creata una pozzanghera in bagno dopo averla usata. La reception sembra non esista, nessuno ci ha accolti quando siamo arrivati e nessuno ci ha salutati quando siamo andati via.

Stanza sporca (ho avuto la malsana idea di camminare con i calzini bianchi e dopo pochi passi assistere ad una trasformazione pigmentale incredibile… e facevano pulizie tutti i giorni!), bagno piccolo e scomodo con delle parti metalliche rotte che potevano ferire mentre ci si muoveva. Aria condizionata praticamente inesistente e soprattutto molto molto rumorosa; lo strumento che serviva a propagarla aveva un tubo che andava direttamente fuori dalla finestra, dunque bisognava averla sempre aperta, sentendo non solo il rumore assordante del macchinario, ma anche tutto ciò che accadeva fuori. Per il prezzo, non consigliato. Bisognerebbe rivalutare il costo almeno del 60%.

Esperienza gravemente compromessa da condizioni igieniche inaccettabili e dalla gestione successiva

La posizione era comoda ma purtroppo questo aspetto positivo è stato completamente oscurato dai gravissimi problemi igienici riscontrati in camera.

Cons:

Condizioni igieniche inaccettabili. Sul materasso erano presenti evidenti macchie rosso-brune e marroni, apparentemente riconducibili a sangue e materiale fecale, che ho documentato fotograficamente e segnalato immediatamente a Booking.com. Dopo la segnalazione la struttura ha negato quanto riscontrato e ha rifiutato qualsiasi rimborso, nonostante i ripetuti contatti dell’assistenza Booking.

Die Stadt Triest hat mehr ruhige Orte ind er Innenstadt verdient!

Ich habe dort nie gefruehstueckt, das Angebit entsoruícht insg. nicht meinen Erwartungen, da es doch fuer die Ortslage und v.a. den sehr LAUTEN VERKEHR Tag & NACHT in keiner Weise angemessen ist, sorry dafuer.

Siamo positivi e non diamo troppo peso alle cose. Posizione ottime e stanza bella spaziosa.
Pros:

La stanza andava bene, balcone e mini cucina.

Cons:

Che ho dovuto far notare che la camera non veniva pulita tutti i giorni, poi il ragazzo alla reception gentile, ma cavo non sapeva parlare italiano. Ci toccava a Trieste stai italiano parlare in inglese. Secondo me è assurdo🤣
