Poco pulita, accoglienza zero, c’è scritto aria condizionata ma in realtà ci sono solo dei pinguini che ogni tanto vanno pure in blocco e quindi caldo assurdo. Senza ascensore con 3 piani di camere.
L’unica cosa positiva è la posizione. La colazione te la sogni, c’è scritto che con 5€ puoi prenotarla ma non c’è nessuno se non dopo le 8.30.

La camera, provvista anche di un piccolo balconcino, era spaziosa e il letto piuttosto comodo, la consiglio se non si hanno particolari pretese. La posizione è centralissima e comoda per visitare la città, tuttavia la strada su cui affacciava la nostra stanza era piuttosto rumorosa

Ho trovato la stanza abbastanza pulita (seppur i vetri fossero puliti molto male), tuttavia non ho gradito notare che il divanetto era macchiato e la parete, sulla quale probabilmente te erano stati eseguiti dei lavori, non ancora ridipinta per bene.

Struttura malconcia. No aria condizionata, ma un grosso macchinario tipo pinguino de Longhi che ci ha costretti a tenere la finestra aperta per via del tubo e che inoltre era estremamente rumoroso, stile trattore.

Il sensore antincendio era sigillato da adesivi appiccicati da qualche ospite; siamo rimasti bloccati dentro la tromba delle scale per qualche minuto, perché lo staff dentro dalla reception non riusciva ad aprire e non capiva le istruzioni del collega rimasto fuori, mentre noi da dietro la porta non potevamo fare nulla: in caso di incendio, cosa sarebbe successo?? La posizione è ottima, centrale e vicina a tutto. La stanza pulita e tutto sommato soddisfacente in rapporto al prezzo.

Il check-in è stato privo di spiegazioni, visto il livello di complicazione di accesso alla stanza. L'hotel è privo di ascensore e questo d'estate lo rende piuttosto scomodo.

Top Lage, funktionale Einrichtung, weitgehend sauber, aber laut, heiß und in meinem Fall zu teuer.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, mitten in der Stadt. Das Bett ist bequem, Matratze und Kissen sind ziemlich hart, ich mag das. Das Nötige ist da: Bett, Toilette, Dusche, Kühlschrank - mehr brauche ich nicht. Diese Geräte waren auch sauber. Auf dem Balkon kann man den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen, mit schönem Blick auf die Stadt. Das Hotelpersonal ist nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist extrem heiß (Hochsommer). Es gibt keine Klimaanlage oder ich habe sie übersehen. Der Ventilator ist laut, kühlt aber nicht. Darum hatte ich ständig die Fenster auf, weil aber der Kleiderschrank zwischen Fenster und Bett steht, kommt der frische Wind draußen nachts nicht im Bett an. Wie gesagt, habe ich nachts die Fenster aufgelassen, dadurch war es im Zimmer extrem laut, auch nachts (viel befahrene Straße vor dem Hotel, regelmäßig fahren Krankenwagen oder Polizei mit Sirene vorbei, mitten in der Nacht kommt die Müllabfuhr und leert die Sammelcontainer vor dem Haus, vom Haus gegenüber und der nahegelegenen Straßenkreuzung kommt von frühmorgens bis spätabends Baulärm). Weil es also heiß und laut ist, ist der Schlaf nachts dort nicht sehr erholsam. Das meiste ist sauber, aber über der Kücheneinrichtung liegt ein fettiger, klebriger Film, sodass ich die Küche nicht genutzt habe. Der Kühlschrank war jedoch sauber. Das Zimmer ist schlecht geschnitten (langer, schmaler Schlauch), in Bad und Toilette gibt es keine Ablagen, viele Durchgänge sind eng, sodass man ständig hin- und herrennen muss, um Dinge zu holen oder zurückzulegen. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind nett, sprechen aber kein Englisch und verstehen einen nicht. Das Hotel hat fünf Stockwerke und keinen Aufzug, das sollte man ggf. wissen. Für diese Qualität fand ich den Preis zu hoch (100 Euro pro Nacht), allerdings ist die Lage zentral, ich war in der Hochsaison (Sommerferien) dort und habe sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Fazit: Kann man machen, wenn man nur eine halbwegs funktionale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht, ist nicht gefährlich oder ekelig. Ist aber auch kein Wohlfühlort und kein Luxus. Wenn man also etwas Besseres findet und eventuell auch zum kleineren Preis, dann verpasst man hier nichts.
