Ok if you expect just to crash overnight
Pros:

Convenient location close to the city center and bus stops, easy to reach even late in the evening. 15+ min walk from main train and bus stations.
Nice bed with new firm matress, fresh linen and towels.
A small balcony to enjoy breakfast with a street view.
Fast WiFi.
Online registration - took 5 min to check-in to hotel.

Cons:

Renovation in the room is partially unfinished, design unclear.
Only wardrobe for storage, may not be enough for more than 1 person. Broken hangers for clothes.
Located near a busy street so don't expect quietness.
Only portable air conditioner, which means the window needs to remain open (see point about noise above), loud and strong enough to cool you down but not the whole room.

Personale non italiano che non sapeva parlare italiano e spiegare le cose

Cons:

Tutto.le foto sono tutt altro rispetto alla realtà.
Due stelle non significa che puoi avere le lenzuola macchiate, il bagno disastrato, tubi ovunque che escono, terrazzino pieno di mozziconi di sigarette .
A mezzanotte con la mia bimba ho dovuto prendere e tornare in veneto rischiando

Camera rumorosa a causa di un pinguino come climatizzatore, rinfrescata poco e faceva troppo rumore, tv con il filo dell'antenna a penzoloni quindi niente canali tv.
