Nasz pobyt w hotelu określiłabym: OK, ale bez zachwytów.
Pros:

Stosunek ceny do jakości ok, pokój czysty, Panie z obsługi sprzątającej bardzo uprzejme.

Cons:

Hotel przy głównej drodze, więc raczej nie ma mowy o otworzeniu okna. Trochę słaby wybór jedzenia na śniadaniu.

Pokoj sice nesl nějaké drobné známky používání, ale jinak byl čistý a postel měkká.
Ocenili jsme především výborné snídaně, milý personál a velkou dětskou herničku , která je pro hosty zdarma.

Pros:

Hotel je dobře přístupný ze silnice, oceňujeme možnost parkování přímo u hotelu. Paní na recepci byla velmi milá. Pokoj byl velký, čistý a krásně prřipravený. Snídani hodnotíme také velmi dobře. Nic nám nechybělo a pokud bychom zase potřebovali přespat v této oblasti, určitě se rádi vrátíme :)

Relaxen in Trutnov
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Alles hat sehr gut funktioniert. Zum Abschluss des Aufenthaltes gab es noch ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Besonders hervorheben müssen wir den Herrn an der Rezeption, der auch im Restaurant bedient hat, wegen seines freundlichen kompetenten Auftretens. Danke!

Velmi dobrý hotel s příjemnou obsluhou, která se snaží vyhovět.
Pros:

Cestovali jsme s 15 měsíčním synem a tenhle hotel měl perfektní hernu, kde se vyřadil. Využili jsme ji večer při čekání na večeři, která "bohužel pro syna" dorazila moc rychle. 🤣
Pokoj byl čistý a komfortní.

Obsluha byla velmi nápomocná. O co jsme si řekli, tak nám donesli, nebo dali k dispozici.

Snídaně byly opravdu chutné. Hlavně skvělé buchty 💕

Bylo by fajn na pokoji mít heslo od WiFi.

Cena zodpovedala kvalite ubytovania, no na čistote izieb by mal hotel zapracovať…

Vynikajúce raňajk

Cons:

Lokalita je ďalej od centra, no s tým sme počítali. Veľmi negatívne hodnotíme čistotu ubytovania. Počas celého pobytu ani raz nevzniesli odpadkový kôš, ani raz neustálili postele a ani raz nevymenili uteráky. Izba bola navyše značne zaprášená.
