Pros:

Super séjour dans cet établissement. Le personnel est charmant et les locaux sont bien entretenus. Présence d'un parking sécurisé. Accès zoo et piscine compris dans le prix de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est très bien également.

Cons:

Attention aux moustiques ! Mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien. Juste bien penser à se protéger pour ne pas être incommodé.

Une dernière halte sur la route du retour en France
Pros:

Le petit parc animalier et l’infrastructure aquatique sont indéniablement les + du séjour. Bonne restauration (dîner et petit déjeuner).

Cons:

L’hôtel (bâtiment extérieur) mériterait un petit rafraîchissement pour être plus accueillant. La chambre était confortable mais louée pour une 4 personnes avec l’ajout d’un lit d’appoint une place positionné au pied du lit deux places. Un aménagement quelque peu étrange et peu pratique. Nous n’avons pas voulu faire de réclamation car nous sommes arrangeants et l’amabilité du personnel (autant à la restauration, qu’à la piscine ou encore les femmes de ménage 👏) a contrebalancé ce désagrément.

Eine spannende Kombination von Hotel, Zoo und Therme wie Sie es sonst nirgends finden.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war so lustig zu erleben, mit welcher Ruhe sie ihren Job ausüben. Man schaltet gleich selbst einen Gang zurück. Die Küche ist hervorragend. Der Zoo ist echt beeindruckend und das Konzept mit der Badeanlage sehr raffiniert durchdacht.

Cons:

Es gibt nicht viel zu bemängeln. Wenn etwas gibt dann wäre es nur die Matraze vom Beistellbett. Diese ist sehr dünn und unbequem. Zudem ist das Zimmer für vier Personen sehr klein.
Ach ja, und die Mücken sind eine Plage. Aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Aber vergessen Sie den Mückenspray nicht. Wir hatten jeden Abend zehn neue Mückenstiche. Es war sehr schlimm.

Première fois dans cet hôtel, mais pas la dernière. Je recommande vivement!
Pros:

Tout d’abord, l’emplacement est idéal pour vous reposer, ensuite le personnel était vraiment adorable, sympathique et professionnel et la chambre était totalement rénové et très propre. Le zoo est magnifique et la piscine nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’y aller, mais elle avait l’air top. Le restaurant y fait de la bonne cuisine et le service était parfait! 👍👍👍

Cons:

Rien.
L’établissement n’y peut rien, mais attention aux moustiques, il y en a beaucoup.

Pros:

Sødt personale. Kæmpe lækker pool. Mandag I uge 29 havde vi det næsten for os selv.
1,5 time til Genova og Torino. Kun lidt myg.
Værelset var rent.

Cons:

Vi havde familieværelse til 5 personer (117). Aircondition kunne ikke holde værelset koldt, hvilket resulterede i at man ikke kunne sove, eller vågnede op med hovedpine. Masterbed var hård.
I øvrigt:
De 2 vipper ved poolen var ude af drift. 1 rutsjebane som blev åbnet og lukket sporadisk.
Der var for få knager til at hænge/tørre håndklæder. Der var et køleskab, men det slukkede, når man tog nøglekortet af holderen.

Vi endte med at tage hjem 1 dag før beregnet pga. dårlig nattesøvn.
Hvis du kommer i autocamper er det sandsynligvis et dejligt sted.

Piscine: Très étonnés qu’un hôtel avec piscine demande 5 euros par personne pour une chaise-longue….
Dans le prix de la chambre déjà assez élevé qu’une simple chaise à la piscine et un parasol….
