Pleasant surroundings, exceptionally friendly staff lovely breakfast and evening meals

Cons:

Dirty windows throughout the hotel gave a bad impression of a nice hotel. The location of the hotel, on the booking. com site it stated the hotel was 1.1 miles from my location of interest but instead it was over 7 miles which made it impossible to walk

Beautiful grounds but would not stay again.
Pros:

The grounds are beautiful. The sauna was good and breakfast (for a buffet) was good. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel public areas felt soulless. Little things like the hairdryer did not reach the mirror. The bathroom is dated and I was unable to have a shower (not the hotel's fault) because you had to climb into a deep bath.

Pros:

Lovely staff and food, pools and swimming pool

Cons:

Pillows was hard for us. Had to use different room for shower " no hot water.
You would of thought place like this wound'nt use a crappy coffee machine.
Come on pot of real coffee.
If you want to watch TV forget it. Bed one side of the room. Shirt button for a TV on the other side of room.
Honestly my pc pc screen is bigger.

We booked a double room but unfortunately the TV didn’t work we reported this to reception & they up graded us which we were very pleased about.

Staff at breakfast was not overly friendly and rushed us on clearing our table up at 10am and we had to leave.
Pros:

Great location for the Jurassic coast line and Corfe Castle. Nice grounds. Good pool and sauna.

Cons:

Property is rather tired and could do with refurbishing. Carpets are very dated. Changing rooms are very old fashioned and also dated. Jacuzzi wasn’t warm enough.

Very enjoyable and relaxing base to explore surrounding areas.
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent food at both breakfast and dinner. Very good leisure facilities. Comfortable room overlooking beautiful gardens.

Cons:

Shower in ensure small and not very powerful. Changing rooms in leisure facility are dated, but not a big problem as pool etc were very good.
