Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Es gab keine Handtücher, die Betten waren schmutzig und das Personal war wenig freundlich. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage wurden die Betten nicht gewechselt. Ein solch mangelnder Service ist für mich nicht akzeptabel. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
I like location and calm situation
they didn’t have towel. we were 2 night they didn’t give us towel. First day they had a bottle of water second day they didn’t put water in room at night when I see I go down I buy water and pay 3800 dram 4 batteries but in shop water ptice is 200dram

5* hotel a ani raz nám nebola uprataná izba, vymenené uteráky alebo doplnená voda. A to sme sa dvakrát nato sťažovali. Navyše extrémne hlučná kvôli externému zariadeniu hned pod oknom.

Ванна грязная, постель в катушку, кондиционер не работал, показывало 29 градусов в номере и шумел так, как будто я на стройке нахожусь. Фото прикрепила. Кондиционер выставили на 5 градусов, но ниже 29 градусов не спускалось.
Only location and breakfast are good about this hotel, everything else is terrible.
Terrible hotel. Room never gets cleaned. 3rd day we came back at 4pm - no room service was done. Cleaning lady came with big attitude. Next day we came back at 6:35pm - no room service was done (explanation cleaning lady left for the day). They had to wait for cleaning lady from the next bigger hotel. Likely our room was left uncleared on purpose.
Only half of the stuff understand English (woman at front desk). Young man at front desk is very lazy and rude. He repeatedly brushed off my request to call cleaning lady to clean my room. He did something only once I came down and had to repeatedly ask him in person to call cleaning. He was sitting on his chair behind from desk to talk to me the entire time.
This is not even a proper hotel. It is attached building to another bigger hotel (Shirak Hotel). I had to go make payment for hotel at the next Shirak Hotel. Rooms are very small. Shower too. They never bring out a baby bed as described in the listing. I would not recommend any one to stay here.
