Pros:

Приветливый персонал, отличное местоположение. Комнаты просторные сами по себе. Еда вкусная.

Cons:

Крайне плохая шумоизоляция. Соседи постоянно приходили поздно ночью и хлопали дверьми так, что я аж подпрыгивал.
Утром играет музыка которую слышно за закрытой дверью.

worst place to stay (very old hotel)

It was not bad, location was excellent, but a little bit overestimated for the value.
Pros:

Location was very comfortable. All attractions in Yerevan were in walking distance

Cons:

We had to use separate elevator to get to our breakfast and to get to reception which was a little discomfort, especially when you enter from the other side of the hotel. For the price we paid, value was a little bit expensive. There wasnt an iron in the rooms. Bathrom didn't have a waterproof curtain. The glasses to drink water were dirty and the thermopot was so dirty that it wasn't used for ages. so I didnt use them too.
There wasn't many things offered for breakfast and only two varietries of breakfast which means you eat same thing on the third day and it repeats second day's on the fourth day.
Wi Fi was slow.

Ça vaux pas du tous le prix demandé et encore moins la prestation.
Pros:

La literie et le canapé son un plus dans la chambre.

Cons:

Pas d’eau chaude pendant trois jours. Pas d’eau dans les toilettes pour les WC. Des câbles pas brancher pour les lumières. En arrivant aucune couette ou serviette disponible en libre accès. Juste un drap poser sur le lit en office de protection. Le petit déjeuner compris cette mais un petit déjeuner vraiment simple et pas grand chose au menu. In arrive à peine à trouver du pain, du jus d’orange , du chocolat. Vraiment pas sérieux

Второй раз туда не вернусь.
Pros:

Понравилось только локация , удобно для прогулок по центру .

Cons:

Завтраки ужасные. В первый день заселили в номере где одеяло без простыней, и уверяли что они чистые . А из душевой кабины вода протекала и после душа вся ванная до комнаты бала в огромной луже . После жалобы поменяли номер , а там не лучше .

Discreto hotel nel centro di Yerevan
Pros:

Posizione decisamente buona, a non più di 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza della Repubblica. Colazione sufficiente. L'Hotel, durante il periodo di nostra permanenza, sembrava essere in fase di restauro. La nostra camera sembrava difatti essere situata all'interno dell'hotel adiacente facente parte dello stesso edificio. Ciononostante ci hanno dato un piano alto che si affacciava sul parco e che aveva una bella vista sull'Ararat. Comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto (su richiesta/prenotazione) nel cortile interno dell'hotel. Tutto sommato, esperienza piacevole.

Cons:

Ci è rimasto il dubbio di essere stati fisicamente ospitati nella struttura dell'hotel adiacente. Ciò probabilmente è dovuto al fatto che erano in corso lavori di ripristino dell'hotel. Ad ogni modo non vi sono stati particolari disagi ed il tutto è stato compensato dalla bella vista dalla finestra della camere con l'Ararat all'orizzonte e dal fatto che, essendo un piano alto, non si sentiva rumore di traffico. La colazione è da migliorare.
