Barbara was exceptional and very helpful at reception in organising a taxi to take us to Gullane. Her knowledge of the property, other staff members, friendliness and local services was excellent.
The setting is spectacular with wonderful panoramic views over the Firth of Forth and adjacent golf courses (Craigielaw and Kilspindie)
Breakfast was standard and good - could have had more fresh fruit and cereal options with seeds and berries and better quality muesli / porridge.
As above - re breakfast. That apart the evening meal was good and reasonably priced and our party enjoyed the golf course and practice facilitiesly
Right on the golf course, free parking, rooms looking out to the golf course and the sea.
Clean and quiet rooms . Good food and casual ambiente
Location and view from rooms overlooking the golf course were fab
buffet breakfast was ok
All the food was excellent, well cooked and well presented. All the staff were absolutely first class, helpful, friendly and happy people! They maintained a high standard in all the areas.
The chairs in the bedroom were very uncomfortable, there is plenty space to have two more comfortable chairs, or even a sofa at the wall by the window. The dining area chairs were good and comfortable, they had arm rests.
Love the location, the accommodation and of course the golf!
Location and great staff
Rooms basic
Good buffet breakfast. Views from the lounge and bar were spectacular.
Glasses in the room were not clean.
Always a warm welcome. Staff are all excellent, greeted with a smile from reception to dining to departure.
Lovely hot shower, fluffy towels, comfy bed, good hospitality tray, extensive menu choices and great food.
Slightly bigger Tv maybe.
In a beautiful place
The receptionist on arrival wasn’t helpful at all!
The buffet breakfast wasn’t very hot!
Was given a disabled room ! When I booked a deluxe room .!
