The location of the property is brilliant, right on the lake side where you can swim and hire paddle boards. 15 minute walk into bellagio central, so very convenient and away from the noise of the town. It’s beautiful everywhere you go and friendly people.
There is nothing to not like about the property. It’s has wooden floors so you can hear people walk slightly but nothing overly loud or to keep you awake.

La surface de la chambre est de la salle de bain.Vraiment exiguë.Le petit déjeuner facturé est sommaire . Le personnel n’a aucune envie à satisfaire même une demande sommaire.(taxi) Tout paraît compliqué. La pergola est un hôtel et non un hôtel restaurant.(appellation erroné.)

Für den hohen Zimmerpreis, Fr.220 pro Nacht hatten wir nicht einmal eine Aircondition.
The location is perfect because it's away from the crowds while still being within easy walking distance of the main area with all the restaurants.
It's a really charming place, and there's even a small beach where you can swim, which makes it even more special.
Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't provide a taxi or shuttle service from the ferry terminal to the hotel. If you have large suitcases, the walk can be quite difficult due to hills and cobbled streets.
It would be great if they could offer a pick-up or shuttle service to make the arrival much easier.
Przepiękny HOTEL tuż nad samym jeziorem Como z przecudownym tarasem z którego roztacza się naprawdę piękny widok na jezioro Como i góry. W ofercie było zdjęcie tarasu ale nie spodziewaliśmy się, że to aż tak pięknie. Na długo pozostanie ten widok jako wspomnienie;) W zasadzie to jest to taka Willa tuż nad jeziorem i można poczuć klimat takich willi, piękne stylowe meble, pokój duży, bardzo czysto, komfortowo przepiekna pergola na tarasie z dojrzewajacymi winogronami:)...Śniadanie to top of the top Stoliki tuż nad jeziorem, widok piękny, mieliśmy piękną pogodę nawet bardzo piękna, upały a w pokoju zawsze było przyjemnie, chłodno

Breakfast at the side of the lake, although not much choice.
Hairdryer and distance from centre. Had to climb lots of steps 258 exactly. Lucky we could walk but others struggled. No taxis around.
Very quiet hotel right on Lake Como. Room was very specious. staff was attentive and friendly.

Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch. Das Zimmer war mit sehr alten und dunklen Möbeln ausgestattet.Das Hotel verfügte auch nicht über ein Restaurant, was aber im Internet erwähnt wurde

Le personnel est glacial ( sauf jeune homme à l’accueil de l.aprem). Vieillot. Cher pour le niveau de. O fort et le peu de service. Attention il n’y a plus de restaurant .

The location was off the beaten path, on the other side of the Peninsula. That made it perfect and challenging at the same time. At the end of a chaotic day in Bellagio we could go there to enjoy a quiet, peaceful afternoon.
Breakfast time in the morning overlooking the lake was amazing!! And the staff it was over the top!
It was a little bit hard to find at first. Once we knew the shortcuts and the road options, we were much better off.
