Purtroppo la prima sera ci hanno dato i codici di accesso per entrare dal portone principale dove non era possibile inserire quei codici senza averci detto che c era un altra entrata abbiamo chiamato decine di volte il numero di emergenza senza risposta..fino a che entra un altro cliente e ci spiega da dove si poteva entrare ..no comment

Everything was wonderful! The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient. The staff were not just polite and friendly; they seemed to understand exactly what you needed without you even having to explain and were always willing to accommodate your needs.

Don’t even think to visit this place.
Pros:

We had very bad experience with this place. Before we came we turned for advice about parking.Parking that we were adviced was cloused. Next morning when we came to have our brekfast the cafe was closed and we stay hungry. We were with two children. The receptiongirl kindly proposed us refund on my kard but not immidiatly. It was almost two months now and I havn't my refund yet. The room was very dark and cold. There was a smell of dampness. There weren't enough towels.

Cons:

The vacation and the memories of it were ruined.

Great location, decent accommodation.
Pros:

We really liked the location and the fact that there was an entrance from the side street, so we did not have to use the crowded touristic Váci street.
I also would like to add that the staff is very kind, warm and helpful.

Cons:

We felt that even though the price was reasonable, the quality of the accommodation did not meet the expectations. The property could have been a bit cleaner and better maintained.

Camera con angolo cottura piccola ma confortevole, all'interno di una struttura con reception, zona relax con macchina del caffè e distributore acqua.

Locația este foarte bună, deși am ajuns foarte târziu in noapte am primit toate informațiile despre accesul in apartament in ziua zborului.

Cons:

Nu pot sa spun ca este ceva ce nu mi a plăcut,însă a fost putin deranjant deoarece noaptea era cam rece in apartament si deși exista aer condiționat nu am avut telecomanda sa il putem utiliza.

Cons:

A little maintenance in the room was needed: shower leaked, kettle full of limescale, soap was empty, vinyl on the floor peeling away in places. But nothing a little care & attention wouldn’t fix.
