Statig hotel op een zeer goede locatie
Pros:

Het hotel is in een statig pand op de Via Roma. De koffie en de eieren (vers) werden door het personeel aan tafel gebracht.

Cons:

De receptie is op de 1ste verdieping maar door de zeer hoge plafonds was dit eigenlijk het 2de. Je moest eerst naar boven gaan met de trap om de lift te kunnen gebruiken (doordat er in hetzelfde gebouw nog een ander hotel was kon je de lift niet nemen op het gelijkvloers zonder een sleutel gekregen te hebben aan de receptie) De airco op de kamer werkte niet goed.

Lo staff molto cortese a cui però non corrisponde una camera confortevole. Non ci tornerei.

Posizione, cortesia dello staff e colazione.

Cons:

Cattivo odore in camera. Lo staff ci ha riferito che veniva dagli scarichi. Non era possibile aprire la finestra per mancanza di zanzariera. Oltre al cattivo odore, era presente un insetto che era risalito dal bidet.

A fantastic hotel with beautiful views, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms, and exceptional staff who made our stay
Pros:

The hotel was excellent. It’s located in a beautiful historic building with fantastic views of the port. The breakfasts were delicious and served in a wonderful atmosphere.

Both the room and the hotel in general were clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful at every stage of our stay, from before our arrival until the moment we checked out. They truly made us feel welcome.

Bien situé confortable calme bon petit dej

Cons:

Pas d employés dans l établissement après 15h. Seulement un numéro WhatsApp d un concierge pour organiser des excursions et demander des informations. Les informations reçues étaient fausses, notamment les horaires de bus,.ce qui nous a créé de nombreux problèmes pour nos déplacements. En plus nous avons réservé une excursion en bateau a cagliari, le concierge s est trompé et la réservée a villasimillus qui se trouve a 2 heures de l hotel. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans excursion et nous avons du nous même trouver une alternative alors que tous les tours étaient complets. Donc non seulement les conseils donnés étaient faux mais en plus totalement inutiles et n ont fait que créer des confusions, énervements et perte de temps pendant toute la durée de notre séjour,.ce qui a fortement gâche notre expérience sur place.Si vous y allez ne comptez pas sur l aide du personnel mieux vaut se débrouiller seul.C est dommage car l hotel en soit est correct.

Pros:

Primo v centru města, parkování hned naproti za 15 euro. Ale je možnost i dále od ubytování zdarma Ubytování krásné a čisté. Majitelka velmi milá a snídaně s výhledem na přístav úžasné.

Prima kamer
Pros:

De kamer zag er heel mooi en redelijk ruim uit, er hangt een smart tv in waar je makkelijk naartoe kon streamen van je telefoon waardoor we op momenten van rust even lekker ons eigen ding konden doen. Het ontbijt was goed en ruim maar wel in een kleine ruimte waardoor je optijd moet aangeven hoelaat je komt en anders even moet wachten op een plekje.

Cons:

Om de locatie met auto te bereiken moet je hem op 10 a 15 minuten wandelen parkeren als je dit gratis wilt doen en anders kan je in de buurt wel parkeren maar dan betaal je minimaal 15 euro per dag. In onze kamer hing een hele rare geur waar we koppijn van kregen en dat was niet lekker. In de badkamer was deze geur nog erger en liepen er af en toe grote insecten over de grond die we zelf hebben gevangen. De airco in de kamer gaat pas goed werken als je het gordijn goed aan de kant doet want anders wordt het niet koel in de kamer.
