Cons:

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel.
After our five-night stay, the hotel charged us twice for our accommodation. We have tried to contact them multiple times by email and phone to resolve this issue, but they have completely ignored our messages.
Mistakes can happen, but charging guests twice and then refusing to respond is unacceptable. Customer service does not end when you check out. We expected the hotel to acknowledge the error and process a refund promptly, but instead we have been left without any communication.
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Be very careful and check your credit card statements after your stay.

Bueno hotel y buena instalaciones . Pero, el equipo de limpieza nose porque se paga 15 dólares extra..
Pros:

Muy bebiendo hotel. Muy buena ubicación. Y la instalación muy limpia …. Yo encantado de volver .

Cons:

Nose porque la habitación no incluye la limpieza. Creo de debería de estar incluido o por lo menos si uno tiene que pagar más no importa. Una misma toalla por 4 días no es bueno. Además si incluyen por lo menos el desayuno sería mejor. No importa pagar más. Sino estar cómodo .

Very close to Cabarete beach - walking distance -very convenient

Cons:

They wanted to charge me for table clutery missing probably from the previous guest that stayed in the hotel.while I spent all my time out of the resort and ate outside .

La chambre est très bien , le personnel impeccable sauf que c’est très bruyant la route est très proche , je repars très fatigué , dommage mais je ne reviendrai jamais plus
