Marvellous hotel!
Pros:

Wow... What a hotel!! Paula was very welcoming, took our cases into to reception, explained all we needed to know & showed us to the elevator.
The sea view room was absolutely stunning. The balcony was just perfect - looking out on the promenade & sea, sky and sunset. The room was clean and very suitable. The sound from the sea was so relaxing. The location was a 15 min walk from the station. And the town itself was clean and presentable. We were to stay in Genoa, but we moved ourselves to Chiavari. What a great idea, that was!
Local bars on the sea front were lovely. The aperitif were yummy (and free) and cocktails watching the sunset were spectacular at the end of a busy day exploring 4/5 Cinque Terre. Would definitely stay again.
[we did not have breakfast at the hotel, we didn't have time]

Cons:

Nothing!!! It was all great.
The only thing to note in our double sea view room was the tap in the sink was wobbly. It worked, it did its job: it was just wobbly!

Hotel da ristrutturare completamente e ammodernarlo ,non c è l aria condizionata, il bar lascia a desiderare., sporco e malmesso , camera spaziosa con Tv ma senza un piccolo frigo( Grave )per bevande fresche in estate, pulizie camera e bagno scarse , devono essere piu curate e disinfettate ogni gjorno
,ottimo l'ascensore! la cosa veramente importante e eccellente la posizione in area pedonabile fronte mare con spiaggie libere senza sabbia ma di sassi e sassolini mare discreto...e qualche locale ottimo IL PREZZO TROPPO ALTO PER LA QUALITÀ DI UN HOTEL A 2 STELLE DA RISTRUTTURARE SIA CAMERE E BAGNI TROPPO VECCHIO ANNI 70 a settembre prezzo troppo alto 100 € una matrimoniale con un bagnetto vecchio e piccolino 2mq troppo costoso da rivedere !!!IL PERSONALE MOLTO GENTILE E ACCOGLIENTE
NONOSTANTE TUTTO SONO STATO BENE !È L'UNICO HOTEL SULLA PEDONABILE E COL MARE DI FRONTE ....SE FOSSI STATO IN BUONA COMPAGNIA NON SAREBBE STATO IDONEO!!!

Läget toppen, precis m stranden nedanför!
Mycket trevlig personal som delvis väger upp den kassa standarden!!
Då läget är otroligt fint är det synd att standarden är så dålig. Hotellet har en Stor potential om en renovering sker!

Cons:

OBS! Ingen a/c !! En liten fläkt som fungerade mkt dåligt. Takfläkt trasig! Extremt varmt på rummet i september...Vi hade dörren öppen innan vi skulle sova för att få lite drag...
Sängen Extremt obekväm m metall fjädrar som stack upp och skulle behövas bytas ut Pronto!
Badrummet mkt litet o fuktigt...
Frukosten var en orgie i sötsaker...
Skulle inte bo här igen o rekommenderar inte, personal o läge till trots...

Posizione bellissima sul mare, camera minimal ma funzionale, pulita e comoda. Letto comodissimo.

Cons:

Purtroppo dietro c'è la ferrovia perciò bisogna abituarsi al rumore del treno.

Mare, sole, relax!
Pros:

L'hotel è proprio sul lungomare all'interno dell'isola pedonale, davanti c'è una spiaggia libera attrezzata con possibilità di affittare ombrelloni e sdraio comunali a prezzi modici. Tantissimi locali e ristoranti anche a poca distanza, un giardino pubblico delizioso. L'albergo è semplice con tutti i servizi necessari e le signore del personale gentili e cordiali. Il letto era comodissimo abbiamo dormito benissimo nostante la vicinanza della ferrovia che non da nessuno disturbo (la nostra camera affacciava sul retro).

Cons:

La camera aveva qualche piccola cosa da sistemare, qualche mobile che potrebbe essere sostituito.
La doccia avrebbe necessità di manutenzione.
